We all need to be tried in the fire. To be given the opportunity to react angrily and defensively, and to see how far that gets us. We need to come to the end of our faith in ourselves and others. We need to come to the end of our faith in the church. We need to see through the worldly facades which people and groups project, and then we need to forgive them! We need to judge everything according to the witness and testimony of Jesus Christ. Even ourselves. Especially ourselves! I think that the more we let go of our trust in the ways of this sinful world, the more refined we become, and the more worldly and corrupted the rest of it will appear. Lord, bind us to the altar. Try us in the fire. Reveal to us the brightness of your garments and remind us that we also once proudly stood clothed in rags.
Cool video bestie i love it
You're on the right track. We need to discuss repentance and obedience, or what real contrast is there between this message and the typical Church message?
Preciousness!
You said you don’t know how to wake people up. You could perhaps try this … you could ask them, “are you in the harvest where Jesus is working doing his Father’s work, or are you only in church?” I resonate with what you are saying. God is opening many Christian eyes at the moment, stirring up lots of inner questions.
So, you are preaching thr Doctrine of PEOPLE ARE PROJECTS??????? I WILL PASS !!!!! BECAUSE I DO DESERVE HIS LOVE AND HIS BLESSINGS
Wow ! :)
Take away the 501c3 tax exempt status out of most mainstream churches and you will start to hear the word again. Get the profit out of Christianity. Its funny how many doctrines out there treat Jesus as if he was some genie in a magic bottle... just rub it and you're every wish will be granted if you just ask him into your heart. Most Christians should be down on their knees in fear of YHVH!! repenting and begging for forgiveness. BTW sister, what a breath of fresh air, you are saying what has needed to be said for A LONG time!
Jesus told Peter 3 times feed my sheep aka teach them spiritual bread the bible so the heads of 'churches" are supposed to teach the bible. I don't think I learned a thing about the bible in years of going to church. I learned at home myself
@@Sam-fp8zm that is truly sad you didn’t learn anything about the Bible in church, I’m glad however that you did the homework yourself! We have to seek God ourselves anyway, but the church still shouldn’t be failing in this area.
Amen sister.
John 6:45 (NKJV): 45 It is written in the prophets, ‘And they shall all be taught by God.’ Therefore everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me.

The actual yoke is an honest days work. You left the church the same way I refuse to be a servant of deceivers. I dont care how you got your money, thats your business. I just don't want to take YOUR money. You understand. Just like I dont know who's kid that is back there with you so i dont judge but I know I am part of the music too. But its better to fast than consume preservatives that look like solid food but taste like cardboard. Kept the pun PG in case that kid back there reads this on her or his iPad. I just march to the beat of my own drum. Music is a word. And in the beginning, there was music. Dancing for itself. For all eternity. I dont sing anymore these days, and I'm not a baby anymore so i dont worry about solid consumption. Just like Davy Jones Locker, I know to a ditch I go. With a skateboard. Because heaven is a halfpipe. I mostly finger skateboard these days, let me show you some day. That was wishful thinking Mmkay? Thanks for the new view, not today. No more margaritas for me. Only margarine. Or marge for short. No sarge no sport. I depart. You deport. Call me a man child, this a jungle, thats mad wild. My tacos are hotter, yours is mild. Feels like im putting you down with a smile. You think youre running on fumes? Im walking for miles. My brain is a million miles away, forever faded. But never jaded. You just spaded. Cant wait to see me raided. Talk is cheap, but so is life these days. I can spend hours with Penny but she stuck in her ways. Or at least thats what the pain of junction says. Painful junk shin pain straight to the heart. And so now my kid-needs me but nun thinks im stuck in her bedroom. None think I'm stuck in her headroom. Head trauma. But she think this just bed drama. Dont know i left a red mama. Too many Judas want me dead llama. Spit on that. No alimony. No testimony. No witness. God is dead and we killed him. They said they brought God back but I said let Him rest in peace. Now they want to lead the flock with a Glock, magazines, and bricks at the block. No more staring at clocks. No more walks with the Rox, Beth, Cummings or whitney. Dont care who is with me. Im dying alone, dont got to come with me. Ill never tell. Ive been dead to you, just wishing you well. Maybe you'll remember, when I was eating at Taco Bell. Nobody was there to wish Flaco well. This whole time, Elmo's been narrating this too. Whatever happens happens. Oh well. So fare well to you and welfare. And dont worry about me big brother, who do you think you are? Orwell. Books probably knock you out with sleeping spells. Im out before this bird tells... Trust me, I heard bells. And trumpets in the sky so no need for the fancy stage and nice instruments. I wish I could have played them all but I'm not racist. 🖤🥀

You spoke so much truth that I could not stop listening. You were pouring my heart out of how I feel about the times that we're in right now,.... I can't even describe to you how absolute right on you are and how you hit the mail right on the head,... The Holy Spirit was in you and speaking through you,... I feel this every second of my life every minute of my day, every hour of my day, every week of my month and every month of my year and every year. I know the Holy Spirit was speaking through you because I felt every second of this. This is how I've been feeling for so long that I can't even go to corporate churches on Sunday because I feel that it's so fake. So watered down just a place to meet people and have connections financially or for the food banks which is nothing wrong with food banks but connections for financial earthly reasons. We need To dig deeper into the spiritual heart of God. Jesus is what it's all about and that's it! We really need to search the heart of God. Search the heart of Jesus and know that we are truly saved and we truly believe in the birth, death and resurrection of Christ! So we know that we are truly one of his and our name is written in the Lamb's book of Life! Amen sister. I love you too. God bless you and your family!

And even if not in our life time, when I get to that moment I don’t wanna hear “depart from me, I know you not” I want a big hug and to forever be in the presence of the King!
The church needs to be shaken out of it's apathy. I go to a larger church and the praise and worship is good and the lessons are good. but this is not time to to be timid about fire and brimstone. Time is short and we need preachers that are not afraid of offending or convicting people. It may be that you lose half your congregation but if your tip toeing around people feelings your not doing them any favors. Hells a real place and people need to know that. They need to know that grace is not to be abused.

You may disregard everything I say many christians do. The greatest gift that God has given to mankind is Jesus in the Eucharist. I could not begin to tell you how much I fall in love with Jesus every time I receive him in the Mass. Every time I receive him he opens up Heaven for me and fills me with peace and holiness. I long for Jesus constantly morning to night and he's removed all the desires of my flesh. I seek everything from Heaven above. Don't disregard the hidden Jesus that the world and most of the Christian family doesn't see.

When two or three are gathered together in His name, He hears us. We just had a prayer and intercession meeting, led by you in your car. It's finally time, and the problems which you see in your local church are lines being drawn in the heavenly realms. There are many paths now defined towards evil, in religion, politics and culture. Christ is the way of truth, and though many will be misled by their pastors, know that everyone who sincerely calls upon the name of The Lord shall be saved. Some as though escaping from the flames, but saved nonetheless. Those who came to know God in His Word, and follow the witness and testimony of Jesus Christ for their lives, will, as you describe, walk a narrow and uncomfortable path, and God will uphold them in walking that path. God will uphold YOU in walking this path! I declare this by faith, in the name of Jesus, our Great High Priest. I recognize the gifts of discernment, evangelism, praise and edification in you Kasi. May God confirm these gifts present in you, and find the best ways for you to put them to good use for His glory. Love, joy and peace to you my dear little sister in Christ. So true, the church i have has like 7 pastors and they each take turns weekly to preach, there's only 2 of them who actually properly preach (honestly maybe even just 1). I'd actually despair if the rest went off to start their own churches 'cause no one would learn anything. I have completely stopped viewing church as a place of learning. It's more just a place of community & relationship building with people of similar beliefs. Everything I know about the bible I learned by myself, at home, with pastors on youtube who don't water it down
@@shadowm2k7 wow I have not heard of a church with 7 pastors! It’s definitely not only the churches responsibility to feed us, we must seek it out ourselves! But we do need sound teachers leading us and propelling us into a deep walk… not a light and fluffy one. Good job seeking sound doctrine out yourself!
Your form of worship doesn't diminish my form of worship. We're supposed to feel joy for the new life that Jesus has given us. He doesn't want us to be stuffy and boring, screaming in people's faces and condemning them. Jesus came to serve but Jesus shows love, understanding, and compassion. I go to one of the churches you're talking down on so terribly, and I can tell you it has changed my life FAR more than any church you think would be better. Everything you think you're right about isn't 100% accurate. I agree with some points, but I think your approach is horrible. This kind of thing pushes people AWAY from Christ. You're not winning anyone over.
@@KevinLuper99 you are correct it’s isn’t about screaming in peoples faces condemning them, if that’s our approach we are but a noisy gong. I do not intend this to be a slap in the face, but a reminder of how deeply we all need Jesus and how the Bible is of the upmost importance to know well, so that we may not be lead astray when false doctrines come our way. Read the whole Bible❤️ You will be blessed and I am grateful your walk with Christ has grown in your church, I pray it continues to do so and you never give up on seeking truth and knowing our mighty savior better.
When it concerns large congregations, it's not unusual to ignore the Pastor with a friendly smile and find some friends who also hunger and thirst.

Wow - this just hit my feed! I have really had a hard time lately with the Churches not speaking to today’s issues - I don’t not believe I Jesus, but the Church I am struggling with. I remember going through some really hard time years ago, and it was a Home Church that helped me the most. I thought they weren’t “sanctioned” at the time, but they were true followers of Jesus.
@@daved7808 just because a church meets in a home does not mean it’s a bad thing ❤️ I am grateful you found growth and comfort there. Many early churches were started in homes, while some people may use it as an excuse to disregard effecting their community and just being like a tiny closed club, others have used it well for deep discipleship and growth in Jesus leading them to go out and demonstrate Christs love to others and share the gospel. ❤️ the Bible may use language we may not think applies to today, but I’m amazed by how much it still does! For instance read the book of James and Matthew 6 through 8.
@@KasiJayPeil Awesome - Thank You! I will read those today. BTW, I saw Mario Murillo last week in Wisconsin. He was very good and had a similar message. I think Churches need to be more Biblical and not conform to the world, but I don’t know if that is going to happen.

I have no idea who you are, but my wife and I just had a meeting with our now former pastor today. We decided to leave our church for some of the reasons you bring up. Ive been feeling strong conviction over the shallow worship music, over the watered down gospel that is being preached to seemingly not scare people away and some minor doctrinal differences that i dont want to give any room for animosity to grow around. I love the people we are leaving behind, but we as followers must pursue Jesus over our comforts. It was difficult to talk through our issues with our pastor, but we left on good terms and with love, I pray that all who are genuinely seeking God find Him and find the best community to fellowship with.

A country cannot be overrun with crime unless it's spiritual leadership is corrupted....
What verse is that?
You sound like me. I left my church for similar reasons. In my opinion, we are heading towards "home churches" like they had when early Christians were persecuted. Stay strong sister!
@@ronmcc100 I have thought this myself lately! In Revelation when it speaks of Jesus knocking outside the church… very sobering thought.
You know there is another side to this, a bad side. Church attendance goes down as more people refuse to submit to authority. Everyone is becoming their own Overseer. Many ignore Paul when he stresses the importance of Overseers, Deacons who know how to rightly divide and handle the Word of God. "Home churches" were perhaps not what some may think. Like Paul would rather preach in a synagogue but some synagogues kicked him out. Home churches were more like a community of homes, because of the proximity. Many people often lived close together. So for example, if one person had a visitor, it was like the whole community had a guest.
@@br.m yes! This is a good reminder. I do not find this leaving a broken church as an excuse to give up on church! We are created for community in Christ! To hear each other’s burdens, to share and embody what Christ calls us to and we cannot do it in isolation! We neeeeed churches! And we do have to be respectful of authority placed by God! If we cannot respect others above us how can we understand to respect God? I just wish we all had sound doctrine haha 🤣 though we know this will not always be the case. I left 3 years ago, I now attend two actually lol a Sunday traditional church and a Tuesday coffee shop church that has a smaller and more intimate feel. Like what you speak of many in the early churches. Many of the crew walks to the church as they live right near it.
I am going down the History of the early church fathers, its so amazing how it brings out the biblical teaching of what we actually to know.
You don’t have to be apart of a church to have faith. I haven’t gone back after I found out about evil infiltrating. Evil has infiltrated every faith, every religion. You don’t need them to study the Bible. 💛
When the fundamental claims of Christianity can't be demonstrated to be true ... how can one claim to know any truth exists in those unjustified beliefs??
@@KrustyKlown that is a question I literally made my website for. So go check out nowponderthat.com for some answers, and have a great day :)
There's only one reliable source of true doctrine- the Scriptures! Anyone who disagrees with the scriptures -- even if they run a whole denomination of churches-- are lairs! Run!
@@KasiJayPeil thanks for the link.. had a look. The Bible is the claims that Christians make, claims are not evidence. There are NO contemporary non-Christian writings from the time of Jesus' life that verify the fundamental claims of Christianity .. like was Jesus was God?, and did he resurrect from the dead?? All we got are anonymously written claims (the Canonical Gospels) from Christians who were born LONG AFTER the claimed Jesus died. In fact there aren't even ANY gospels written by Jesus himself, the God who you claim used the written word as the best means of communicating with his created humans .. he was actually HERE, and didn't write ANYTHING?? Again, do you have ANY verifiable sufficient evidence outside your Bible of Claims?? No you don't .. if anyone did, they would be the most famous person to have ever lived .. all ya got is "faith", that being unjustified belief .. and that is fine!! .. just don't claim to know the truth, when you merely are hopeful it is true, just like followers of many other incompatible faiths. Be honest, if your God is real, he would want you to be honest.

Jesus said, beware of most churches.
The kids in the back seat added some valuable atmosphere to this rant. I'm worried this might come across as sarcastic, but it's not, I mean to be genuine. After I had my first son, I went through this thing were I just stopped being annoyed by babies crying, kids bickering, it just becomes the fabric your whole life sits on. I don't think anything in the new testament ever promised happiness and wealth. I loved your perspective here. I can remember visiting a megachurch for the first time in San Diego, when a family friend invited me. I was totally stunned to see people lining up, and swiping their credit cards in a machine, as they filed in. I've since learned, these churches pull in far more money than most people imagine. For reference the 99th largest church in the US draws in a little under a half million in cash every Sunday- $450,000- from tithes and passing the plate. That's the 99th largest church. That's the _99th_ largest church. And what are they doing with that money? Do you see it having an impact in your community? Do you ever see these church actually helping anyone? Imagine what _you_ would do with that money, to help others, if you had 1.8 million a month to burn. What are these churches doing? Nothing! They keep it! And this is what passes for compassion! I'd rather go to the soup kitchen or the homeless shelter or the food pantry. The amazing thing, whenever I volunteer, I never see Christians there (I live in metropolitan San Diego, it's a pretty big city). I go to the homeless shelter, there are zero Christians serving. Very different from how I grew up. You know whose there? Atheists! Probationers, sentenced to community service hours! Drug addicts with 30 days clean! Muslim women, immigrants from East Africa, who want to give back. But when I tell my Christian family members that I'm going to pass out sandwiches, they scoff! They go, "What are you doing that for?" "They're drug addicts, you know. They don't want your help. You're just enabling them." I don't even tell them anymore. I saw this change happening in the American Christianity years ago, people getting obsessed with power, people totally losing sight of what matters. But never in a million years did I think we would end up here.
@@wolfumz oh man this is so sad! We are to be the hands and feet of Jesus! Legalism can get in our churches just as easy and we can become lonely in our “righteousness” as we watch the lost stay lost around us. Your point about the money and where is it being spent is very true and sad. I often find myself sounding like Lilly from the Princess diaries movie, “ you know we could hawk that and feed and 3rd world country”. Many Christian’s priorities have missed the mark for sure. As to the babies it was because I knew what the cries were about and patience on their part was being fostered haha as well as mine as it is harder sometimes to make a child wait then it is to give them instant gratification.
I recommend the channel called Eva saved by Grace. Her videos are very well done, you should start with her 1 John playlist, God bless.

I love your passion, just watch out for self-righteousness it's very sneaky. When we see truths others don't, when we feel ourselves growing where others are not, when we feel holier and see everyone else's sin, we miss the hidden depths of our own corruption. For example, sometimes submitting to corrupt and lukewarm leaders is the single hardest thing on our flesh that exists, it's the biggest cross of all, at least that has been the case in my own life. Love your passion, prayers for you dear warrior of God.
@@Dizerner thank you for your word of caution. Satan can be very sneaky catching us in our pride, and making it about us and not God and many good men and women fail because of pride. It seems as though God just continually shows me how much I need him, how much sin is a real and dangerous force and nothing I do of any value is me, it’s God. I am weak but he is strong, he is powerful and I am simply an instrument for him to sound. Without his breath and picking me up like a trumpet or violin to play I am simply an instrument in need of a musician. Anything beautiful that comes out of me is only him. I feel as though the closer I get to Jesus the more he shows me my own failings, and my deep and intense need for him. And it is because I know so many people who have been led astray that I love and how I was even blind to some subtleties that I want to open our eyes. It’s about Jesus not us, and we need to pray for people leading others astray. God really convicted me to pray for Bill Johnson and other teachers leading many astray because they have a soul too and I don’t want them led astray by satan just as much as anyone else. I want them to open their hearts and see the real Jesus too! If we say everything right and have not love we are simply a noisy gong. It’s about Jesus! And it has to be motivated by our love for him and people that we speak, not to just look holier than thou… I have really become aware how much satan will try to make it all about me. He is crafty and we must be so entrenched in Jesus that we can spot it in our thoughts and take every thought captive and surrender it and our sinful desires to Christ. Praise be to Jesus, and for His glory! Once upon a time my pride thought I could open the eyes of a higher up guy in the Mormon church, and he was very rude and very immovable blinded in a state of his own cognitive dissonance. And I think my pride got in the way and I wish I could go back and fix it but I pray for him and the missionary boys to see beyond where my words were insufficient and were God is sufficient. God has reminded me of this verse- “Beware of practicing your righteousness before other people in order to be seen by them, for then you will have no reward from your Father who is in heaven. “Thus, when you give to the needy, sound no trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may be praised by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.” Matthew 6:1-4
Amen. I see more and more people who are leaving the churches. Sometimes it is right, like people leaving charismatic, pentecostal, catholic or other false churches... Sometimes they do the right thing and seek our a real church that still sticks to Scripture alone. Too often, people quit a church because they want to be the preacher, they want to be the minister. Often starting their own so-called ministry, then preaching their weak, shallow idea of what they think it all means.
@@br.m yes, the Bible shows us being a teacher is a big responsibility and that they are held at a higher standard. I have found it is very necessary to do our homework first before we go out. The blind leading the blind is not a great idea! We will never know everything but we can be well versed in His word, history, apologetics, and then not only knowing what God asks of us but living it out.
Hey sister. I saw your video throught the algorithm. I am new to your channel I was wonder if you have a video and what your stance on salvation? Thanks and have blessed day.
@@FreeGraceWarrior you know I should probably make one. My Channel has recently gone through some intensive changes and so I have not covered that so to speak. I was making a channel on minimalism through the lense of The Bible and what God calls us to. And seeking truth in His word and in this world. The video I posted about rebranding may help a smidgen but not really cover my views on salvation.
@@FreeGraceWarrior oh also you can check out my website nowponderthat.com and that may better answer your question!
@KasiJayPeil ok I check put the site and I encourage you do one. Got preach the gospel as much as God allows amen. Ok thanks!
