I’m caught in a dilemma! I’m buying a bike soon and I’m torn between my neighbors 1997 KDX 200 or My buddies dad’s CR250. Every time I think I have my mind made up I see a video like this and now I’m conflicted again. I know they’re 2 different types of bikes but I can’t decide what I wanna do. The KDX is sick but all my buddies ride 450 4 strokes or 250 2 strokes. Torn
Stand out, get something different if those bikes don't fit you, I have just as much fun on my XR400 as my mates do on their motocross bikes and I do way less maintenance and bike always starts, KDX200 is like the 2 stroke equivalent of the XR400 and would love to have one too, never liked the MX bikes power delivery, have a WR400f and much prefer to ride the XR
Yeah, clearly NOT designed for that type of riding. You must purchase a more suitable type of bike. That bike is revving too high , then too low. That's unsuitable for your country style jump.
