Grow with Satori is a channel intended to enable awakening through self-discovery. Satori by definition is a sudden enlightenment and a state of consciousness attained by intuitive illumination representing the spiritual goal of Zen Buddhism. It refers to the inner, intuitive experience of Enlightenment.
Satori is said to be unexplainable, indescribable, and unintelligible by reason and logic. It is comparable to the experience undergone by Gautama Buddha when he sat under the Bodhi tree and, as such, is the central Zen goal.

How do we maintain eye contact when communicating on video conferences? Now that wfh is a norm.
That indeed is a tough one. On camera, the best you can do is juggle between 1. looking into the camera itself ( not the person on the screen) that gives the person on the other side an impression that you are looking eye to eye and 2. Looking at the person on the screen to capture what is not said aspects of the communication (body language, expressions etc.)
