This is exactly i was looking for. I receivee today from tcs my hec attested documents but tcs put all attested copies and original in onc envelop and send back to me. The attested copies were not in hec sealed envelop. Can I push TCS to get the attested documents sealed by hec. I already paid for this services which i am disappointed to see from tcs that they did not properly complete the job.
