Mine doesn't look like this, actually. There is no option to add Account vs Agency. Has this been phased out or is something else going on?
Can the user invoice clients under their own email? I'm stuck, trying to figure out how the admin/user can invoice with their own template and using their own email (because they handle sales of and administration of a single specific service) in a way that doesn't require changing those two things globally for the everyone else.

thank you for simplifying my life! Seems Extendly knows what it's doing. I'd like to ask unrelated question which sort of bothers me: suppose i'm in the new lead opportunity which has some sort of nurturing sequence and it's in the wait step, and I drag opportunity to hot lead. Removing opportunity from new lead does not terminate new lead workflow, new lead workflow will continue executing. I do not have lc phone at this moment to see if customer reply terminates work flow. Can you enlighten me if customer reply terminates workflow.

Hi! At about 13:30 you mention that invoices are new and that there isn't a lot you can do with them yet. Since invoicing is a core piece of many businesses that accept online booking, I think it's time to update this bit of info -- especially since it's the main video on your sales page for this snapshot product. I'm hesitant to purchase because it seems like maybe the snapshot isn't being updated. Has the snapshot been updated to support a better quote/contract/invoice flow? I don't like all the back and forth between quote email, click to web. contract email, click to web. etc
DND section of what? You don't go into where to find the DND section and it's too grainy to see.

So instead of accepting that you didn’t, you bash the channel and claim it doesn’t work. It just didn’t work for YOU & that’s ok. This is really helpful. FYI I have been running a Facebook ad to a landing page on my Wordpress site, without problems. I had verified the domain in FB business manager. But then I wanted to try a Facebook lead ad connected to GHL and the lead ad connected to a sub domain on GHL. This ad was rejected, then approved and then rejected again. Despite that Facebook says you can't verify a sub domain, it let me do it, following the very clear steps you outlined. Do you think the lack of verification of a sub domain might have been the cause of my ad rejection?
