Hello how Deep can engrave on steel?

its odd that the settings are 2000 Speed and frequency says 20khz when the g2 pro is 30-60khz speed also seems really high for a deep engraved Slice is it correct? I Gotta say though so far the G2 pro is awesome and customer service is excellent. i just want to ake sure this is correct before I ruin a coin or not ruin one lol

Hello. Can this be a achieved with a 50w CO laser? If so, what engrave setting do you use?

I import a picture and I can see normal picture not a bit map so laser can't engrave it. How to change it into bit map?

My rotator dosnt work properly, is it meant to only engrave on one stroke of the pass not both ways?

Lightburn 1.7 with Galvo license activated under macOS can not find the laser. G laser works fine. Is there some kind of serial driver needed?

Ive used your exact settings on a brass coin and after a full hour of engraving, over 200 passes, it barely marked the coin. There was 0 depth. My Xtool F1 did a better job marking.

Im trying to engrave an image on a cup onstead of an svg, the chuck and the rotator wont soin as in engraves it jhst moves the laser and only emgraves on way in one line 😊

the menus you clicked on are not showing in the video, and most of the explanations are directly read from the manual, so it's not the most useful tutorial

also there are some errors connecting to network on iphone app, do you have any support files to reference it? on the step of "Configure the network" where after connecting to your local WIFI network, getting an error as following "Failed to connect to the device. The default WiFi of the device is G_Laser. The specified WiFi is G_Laser"
