My dad introduced me to nature at a young age and now I have a passion for it. I believe harvesting wild fish and game is a great accomplishment in this busy hi-tech world we live in. We made money on our fourth try this season all because of a magical few minutes on the California Delta where Greg hammers 3 giant fish in a row at the end of the night and we get a quick limit with even a few culls for the 5th largest bag of the evening.

Thanks for the input man. You're right these tourneys are very specific I'm not even sure I said the body of water is the California Delta. There's another channel called "Bearded Bassin" he puts a lot more detail into the same tournament including weights and who got paid

If I fished Don Pedro in January I would probably throw swim baits and A Rigs maybe getting lucky with some BIG BITES

@@abyn8220 No problem - Last time I was on the delta i got a 5 pounder and several others on a topwater frog but that was October. More recently I have been fishing at Los Vaqueros with tremendous success with several striper and unbelievably enough a 14 pound & 11 pound catfish!! As for Shasta, it’s tough to say what I would do differently because i had tremendous success dragging a 3.8 keitech, a weighted 5” senko, and a drop shot! Just couldn’t pull off a victory. what colored keitechs worked for you when u fished it? it looks like there is a bunch of rain forecasted, so water clarity will be something to consider. Thanks dude@@CarterTroughton
