Dad's Eggplant with Easy Sauce : A Malaysian chef's secret
Spicy Egg Plant Recipe that can be made in the vegetarian version. Also, the same recipe can be turned into a spicy eggplant with shrimp recipe. Watch the technique to make this delicious with the boiling technique.
Two common stir-fry sauces that can turn dishes into a well-blended spicy, savory, and nutty taste.
Ingredient used here:
1. 2-3 long eggplant, cut lengthwise.
2. Lau Gan Ma spicy chili crisp - 2 tsp (reduce or omit according to desire)
3. Soya bean paste - 2-3 tsp
4. 2 -3 cloves of minced garlic (optional)
5. Quarter-cup of water to prevent scalding
6. 2-4 tbsp of cooking oil
Served with warm rice or bread!
