@@madelinedelvalle3666 I would say that I used it for two different things. First, it works as an efficiency multiplier for your physical exercises. All exercises targeting the lower body become more effective. When you turn it on, you instantly feel your fat shaking! 😅 Well, at least in my case. It also works well as a relief device for the lower body. You can simply stand on it, and it functions like a percussion massager for a wide area of your body. I would definitely recommend it! Please note that I work for this company, but I personally endorse this product.

Hey, I heard of this issue. You have to contact Aura's support (support@aura-medical.com). I don't think that there is a problem with your region. I live in Thailand and mine charges well.

Same. I also can’t find the manufacturer information to call. I brought a new charger and still doesn’t work. The green light is still on though

Same with me! I just opened mine as I didn’t need it then; let it sit there inside closet and now I opened it- not working! green lights in when plugged but no power. Need help

@@Gravitation3Beatles3 Ordered one the other day and got it already. Used it for 10 minutes right now and it's something new I've never used before, but overall I feel really great. I'm always looking at a monitor all day so using this during a small break made makes a difference. I'd say its worth it imo.

I emailed them and they told me this.......Once paired, On your watch, please go to Setting> System Settings> Factory Reset. When the reset completes, you will need to insert it into the charging cradle to power it up again. You can select the proper language. I didn't find the where you could choose your language other than Chines so once I hit settings, it goes to Chinese so I don't know which one is "system settings" or "factory reset". My husbands popped up English while I was setting his up but mine didn't. Gggrrrr! -copied message someone said to you

@@kaihimself7448 Aww, Thanks so so. much!! I ended up having to use google translate on my phone and holding it over the watch to read it off until I got to settings to change the language. Lol it took a while but I figured it out eventually.

@@kaihimself7448 I like it but I do think it’s not worth the price. The app doesn’t work that well with it. Sometimes it takes a while for the data to pop up in the app. You will see what I mean when it comes in. I like it, but I don’t it’s hard to explain. Let me know how you like it when you receive it, if you don’t mind. I like the fit of it because it’s not to chunky and I can actually sleep with it on.

I can't find how to charge this thing... Do you charge it with the USB-C connection, or do you need to change the batteries? If you have to change batteries, how do u do it?! I have been trying for hours

​@@falfalcon12 i just received mine and it doesn't have a place for batteries. You need to use the USB cord and charger and plug it in the wall

It uses a USB-C charger, something else to note, you need to be mindful of the size of the USB-C head. Long/skinny heads work to charge, other charging cables may have too broad a head to make proper connectivity; I had to learn this the hard way. Once charged, you should see a power button near the top of the unit (just a little white button). Hope this helps - you're likely running into an uncharged device IMO.

Mine lost charge and I tried to charge it with my phone charger (I have an S21) and even on a 25W charger, it didn't do anything. Then, I dug out the box and the charger cable it came with and plugged that into a regular brick and it started charging. Poor design choice, imo.
