If an individual is selling used items within the state of Pennsylvania are they required to collect a state sales tax?

Been using mypath since November 2022 , went to log in yesterday to pay December 2023 Sales and Use Tax ( we are a business) and was greeted bu a wierd page that says "there are no actions requiring your attention " what is going on ? Also Closed on 14-Sep-2016 is shown under our business address ????? What is going on ?
Our suggestion is to call the district office. You can find the number here: www.revenue.pa.gov/ContactUs/Pages/District-Offices.aspx
I am not sure if this is universal, but whether I am on google chrome via windows 10, or on safari via MacBook OS X 10.14, I am incurring an error where it tells me to check my information and then resubmit. I accept and click pass the user agreement window, input my desired email and password, but by the time I'm inputting my FEIN I notice that my password has reset and even if I click to make it visible, it's just a bunch of stars as though I've input nothing before I'm able to submit and the portal acts as though I've never typed in a desired password. Is there any way to fix this?
