After my experience in Switzerland tyasting some swiss chocolate by different brands, this are my advices: - avoid Toblerone, Villars, Lindt classic tablets and Cailer and other popular brands they are very expensive and they taste like cheap chocolate; - the cheap chocolate taste like the popular brands because they are made with cheap ingredients; - A good swiss chocolate from supermarket made by unpopular producer will start the price from 3,50 CHF talking about a milky or 50% dark chocolate. - Never expect to buy a good chocolate at a price under 1 CHF, USD, EURO etc. The natural ingredients and the process is not cheap. the only exception will be when they are close to the expiration date but allso take care if chocolate has about 2-3 weeks left untill expiration will no longer be good.

It is a shame you do not speak Khmer or understand who these people are. They might not be rich but they are probably not poor. Look closely at the area you drove through. Nice roads, vehicles, motorbikes, mountain bikes, children's bikes, nice block walls around properties and nice, new buildings. This is an emerging community with lots of construction on going. Also notice the water pipes ready to be installed and the building materials. These people have made a makeshift home because they have come there to build a new home for themselves or for the owner of the property. Very common for whole families to show up and live on the construction site while working on the construction site. This is NOT their permanent home. My Khmer girlfriend has taught me to look closely and pay attention to the details of the surroundings to establish poverty or not. Good for you for caring but.....this is not even close to a poor community by Cambodia's standards. Cheers!
