It's a decent server, but players either seem to be really good or really bad, & a lot of non-English speakers who can't understand or communicate

Which server would you suggest if I wanna be able to play the big BGs a lot like AV, Strand of the Ancients, Isle of Conquest etc.? I get that this one is Vanilla at first, but it would progress into it at least

I can't recommend this server, the community is even worse than that of Warmane Icecrown. In PVP you have either people who are new to Cata or maybe just don't remember much and then you have so called Glad Arena Heroes who only play meta classes and nothing else. Solo queue feature is terrible, mixes high rated players with people who don't even have gear for this type of a gameplay. The toxicity between pvp guilds is unreal. If you enjoyed playing as arms warrior, beast master hunter or any other spec that is not meta - do not join this server cause you'll be really dissapointed. In PVE you have guilds or rather small hermetically closed groups of people who do all of the heroic raiding content and they won't allow any new person to hop in which means you'll be either forced to join guilds that cannot even manage to get to Nefarian on normal or you'll have to create your own group and wipe about 1k times before the team is ready for anything. There's also dampening being implemented on HC raid difficulty because some raiding veterans feel it's too easy raiding for them so now everyone on Whitemane has get on their level which of course never happens. Whitemane admins and game masters are also lackluster when it comes to being professional, most of them have actually enjoyed their role on some previous Cataclysm private servers and communities complained there about that as well. Some players here on Whitemane enjoy privilliges of special treatment due to being on a first name basis with said GMs and admins: one such example would be the guild master of the guild "GODMODE" named Tyzan and the admin called Niamh who throws mutes, silences and even bans people should anyone even come remotely close to criticizing said guild and their guild master. Niamh was also known as Aiuna on the Mograine private server and he was known even there for that kind of a behaviour. I'd advise staying away from this server. Should you want to try it of course I'd still caution from anyone who'd like to try the "Whitemane+" premium service - these people don't deserve a dime if that is how they plan to carry on with their private servers. There's also the problem of communication... there is a significant amount of russian and latin players on Maelstrom and sadly they refuse to communicate in any other language than their own even on servers global channel. So if you think to try out this server now (and I post this comment on 16.08.2023) then just be aware that this is how the things will be once you start playing there. Hope this info will help those who wanted to try the server out.

I wouldn't even have an issue with the cash shop, but they don't even offer Paypal as an option, that is a big no no for me.

I hopped on this server for the first time and literally could not get over 60fps. Nothing would fix it. I was ready to dip and say fuck it.... but then i said "hold on let me submit a ticket". LITERALLY 2 minutes later i was helped and had issue fixed.AMAZING support on this server. Thats why i stayed. Server is legit

There is a lot of bugs on whitemane, the only one cata sv well scripted will be Neltharion
