#2 Life Giving Statements: Encouraging Good Relationships (Spirit In Action)
To encourage good relationships, we must know who we are and trust ourselves. If we want our relationships to function well we must work hard and put work into redesigning them and allowing open communication.
Today’s statement will be about a Encouraging Good relationships
Find one, which feels right for you, and focus on it for at least a month, morning and night.
In the following days meditations we will explore different statements for different conditions.
You might use the same statement for different conditions.
Each statement will be stated three times.
I see my family as calm and harmonious.
All my relationships past, present and future are all in total harmony.
I now allow my perfect partner into my life.
I now allow the joyest and fullest relationship into my life.
I love, approve, cherish and accept myself.
I love and approve of myself and I now choose to love and support myself.
More and more friends come into my life.
I love and cherish myself.
I now value myself and radiate self-love and self worth.
I now feel loved, valued, nourished and supported by all those around me whether they know it or not.
My family is in total harmony.
Whichever statement you choose, it is best to write for at least half an hour a day.
I find it better to write them at night and say them out loud in the shower in the morning, but use whatever is easier for you.
By all means, you can also use the meditation musical part,
as a timer as well.

Repetition is important because it builds new neural pathways to the brain and raises your will.
This is why the writing of them is so important.
As it goes in consciously then the unconscious will start to accept them.
It is much easier for the mind to accept the statements when you write them.
Besides writing the statements, put your mind on them during the day, particularly when you feel your mind is going on LACK OF.
Speak them out aloud even when you’re writing them
and say them like you mean them with intention!

    I really love the added affirmations. I do this in the morning and then choose one as my mantra for the day. Can you please explain what you mean by write one for 30 minutes? Is it simply writing the statement over and over?

      Sure I think we explain fully in podcast 7 ….basically you choose a neutral statement that resonates with you and write it continuously….this basically programs a new neural pathway in your brain with this life giving statement and eventually it re wires your brain to eventually accept this thought……it’s boring but it works ….. writing it is best but also saying it continuously while maybe taking a shower or doing something mundane also works too…..you can always talk to us personally by clicking on the link below too….much love and happiness to you from the Spirit in action team💎

    Almost 2 years ago, i was very depressed and went through your videos which helped me to improve myself. I was broken and even thought that i should die, I'm really thankful to you because i survived that harsh period of my life. Now Again I'm going through a different situation. But in my life I'm going through one situation. At one stage i realized that if i don't make efforts I'll loose everything and at that point i start working really hard but when i reach to a point where i start getting paid for my hard work and get my major problems are solved. i stop putting more efforts and start enjoying the comfortable zone. From last couple of months I've been very lazy and do nothing and i tell myself no problem. I'll start from tomorrow. I started many big projects in my life and started with a great spark but quit in middle or before it's finished. I don't know why I'm like this, i believe and even tested myself that I've some great abilities I've seen in no one. But i just don't finish anything, even my boss told me once, he says at one point you work like a guy who is unstoppable and a full of talent but suddenly you are gone. You don't keep that flow. I spend hours and hours on watching funny videos on Facebook or youtube. Sometimes i spend hours on reading news. You were the once who once changed my life I hope you can change it again. My kids are growing and they see me as a boring guy who's watching movies on television for hours and don't pay attention to the surroundings. My wife is really supporting and we're living far away from our friends family in abroad. I talked recently with my wife and ask her if you feel alone sometimes as we've no one here. She said she feels alone too but what we can do? Your job is here and we've to think about the future of our kids. Many things I feel like I'm tired as i am working since i was 18 years old and now I'm 34.
