I recommend waiting until right before the hit you want to cancel to input the vapor completely. It helps make it feel more consistent 🤘🏻

@@ReyTheGreat809 I have actually when he first launched. She gives him the overhead leg grab, but loses so much utility Janet gives him. It feels like a nerf in the end. Losing the nut punch setups, grab combos, losing the combo off of the overhead... Oh man the list goes on 😩 I'd definitely recommend learning Janet with him my dude! 🤘🏻

Hey my dude! 🤘🏻 Thanks for tuning in! Good question. Which setups specifically? I'm assuming you mean the icewall setup where you end up on the other side? If so, then you could walk back, but a bomb is about to detonate, so jumping back would be better. It's character specific. I see you play a lot of Noob Saibot, so you could teleport if the Cyrax over commits. Keep in mind bomb tosses recover quickly. Hope this helped! Let me know what you want to see next!

@@ChuckBassFGC It's definitely strong! Who were you using? Matchups kinda matter here because teleport characters have an edge. If you jump back, her own teleport has a long enough recovery to react and punish. There's nothing else she can really do other than far bomb or tele if you jump backwards.

I get you my dude... It can be tricky recreating things for characters you don't know, but it is worth it. Doing this will let you play the whole cast eventually! @@MushaFGC Yeah I checked it out. It was really good stuff you were doing with her. I tried to get the overhead conversion to work with her many times and managed to get a hit confirm with her, but couldn't get a follow up hit with Noob after although I didn't try simply just teleporting. I just need to practice her more I guess. Scorpion is more out of preference too really. The damage buff move he has is pretty nice too. Since Noobs sweep is pretty long I like using it with that and it makes his sweep do 17% and whatever combo you can land after does extra damage. I like the utility he offers. I have his purple twitch skin and it pairs nicely with Noobs purple skins. If I ever decided to use him more on a competitive level though I'd focus more on learning Janet. Jento especially. She requires a ton of practice and patience.

@@MushaFGC I wouldn't mind seeing some Ghost Face tech. I agree Scorpion is good with him too. Another underated pick with him is Sonya. She can surprisingly synergize with him really well and gets bigger damage than scorpion off of his down back 4 I believe (the one where he calls the other ghost face on the phone in for a low). Her overhead is a pretty decent mixup too in some instances. She gives him a projectile too. He's got a lot of good kameo options and he's a lot of fun

@hellbringer1808 I agree Sonya looked like a nice pick originally, but I went with Scorpion in the end because he combos from his command grab which opens up way more opportunities (since he's a grappler, that's his best move). Thanks for the feedback my dude! 🤘🏻 I will be turning on button logs for future vids. As far as labbing goes, that's the exact reason to lab. You will be much better if you learn other characters and how to play them as well as the ones you like. Part of that is recreating what you fight against online and checking the other character's strings one by one on the move list until you find the ones they're doing. You start by labbing against the things you struggle dealing with online. Trust me, it's worth it! As far as Ermac, he is a very cool character for sure, but he is very difficult to use. I have a guide on him here: th-cam.com/video/cGDiY6idpBw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=9O9G2VxvorBdcLB1 I think it's good to explore, but it sounds like you're focusing too much on combos. It's better to learn frame data and fundamentals like: What moves are unsafe? What are you best pokes? What are your best punishes? When is it your turn? These things will make you feel much more confident! As far as cheaters, it doesn't sound like cheating, you might just be doing stuff that's unsafe without knowing it. I don't think you should bring yourself down over it, just practice and get better! 💪🏻 Let me know what you wanna see a video on next! I'm always down to help 🤘🏻

@@MushaFGC hey thanks for the detailed response! will keep that in mind and spend more time in the lab. As for wishes for your next videos, I saw your "Pressure and Combo guide" and maybe something from the opposite side would be nice, with focus on some basics and fundamentals.. maybe something like "Defense and interruptions/getting out" (or timings when you can get your turn back, without just using the Kameo breaker) in tough situations/corners/etc. I know it might be tedious for you to "repeat" the basics again and i finished the tutorial with all the specific mechanics and techniques and terms like Punishes, Pokes, Pressure, etc, but some things like Reversals didn't stick as well ... So not in a demanding way at all, but more like some more ideas for your videos, since you asked about what we would like to see ;)
