On a personal note I have anxiety, I’m an over over thinker and I was suicidal just over a month ago. I looked at my life and just didn’t see any reason to live even now I’m still trying to find my purpose, but BAKING, baking is where I find peace, baking calms me, baking makes me come alive, so yes BAKING IS MY THERAPY.
