Thanks! the best advice I can give is to lower your expectations on your results (what I usually tell myself every day is to embrace the suck; things will look hideous at times even after years of practice 😅) try to focus and enjoy the process as much as you can and stop when you're having the most fun. Do it often instead of long periods of time, I can't tell you how many times I've burnt out because I focus too much on improving faster cause I have lost count. humm thats about as unspecific i can get :D Good luck!

gets easier as you go, the more often you do it, the longer you can sit. but sitting 10 hours is stupid and makes recovery longer. So 10 mins is fine every day, then you add as you go
