Hello. How did you get your kite from China?

As you’ve probably figured out by now, It’s a lot easier to flip the wing when you’re holding it with one hand on the neutral (as opposed to taxi) handle and pivoting the wing around that leverage point. I have the same wing I picked up used. Apart from the handles, and the bladder separating on my second session, I thought it was great. Enough so that I’m bothering to spend an extra hundred bucks to repair it and put it back into service 😎

Very cool! How do/did you get into this sport? We just moved to wilmington this past august and I am a beginner surfer. Does it help to be an intermediate surfer before trying this or can one jump right in?

Sweet. So I put the drone down five years ago and took a job overseas protecting our military bases from them using electronic warfare. What a twist huh? I still remember filming you on WB five years ago. Somehow you made it super easy for me to stay on you and not I was relaxed about it too. Let me know next time you go out!

nice surf footage! I'm looking at this kite specifically for surfing - how is the drift and depower on this compared to other dedicated surf kites like the Helium, Cabrinha Drifter, or Core Section if you've ridden any of those? I'm not sure how much better a dedicated surf kite would be vs the Nano, and the upside of the Nano is I can still jump and twin tip with it if I want.... but if the surf performance isn't as good as a true surf kite (the sheet-out depower on the Core Section is unbelievable).... looks to be pretty solid here

How are you liking the wing? Any thing you would change or other wings you would consider?

Hey Todd, I enjoy your reviews. I'm currently on a 12m E6 as my biggest "light wind" kite. I'm happy to see you've reviewed the Nano 12. I'm curious how you like it compared to the E6? Is it significantly better in light wind?

Good video and great tip on the self launch. im actually one of the few people at my local that back rig as well, i started doing that technique back in about 2008 and have not front rigged since, doesnt make sense to front rig with a bridled kite, although i used to on X2s and Rhino 02s back when i started.

If you put Angelwax H2go on the lens it makes the water drops fall straight off. It's a water repellent. Works great 😉👌

Man, I can't believe how cheap Switch kites are. I am shopping a new quiver to use in the waves and I can get 3 Elements for half of what other brands cost. You mention its pretty good in the waves. What kites are you comparing it to?
