so true, it is just a case of getting a fair price. I do not mind paying a bit extra if the guy is honest and genuine, then I have no problem. It is the opportunists one should say no to.

100% agree, there are a few opportunists who will charge WAY TOO MUCH and those types of people take advantage of unaware tourists. Best is to find someone genuine and pay them fairly.

It was my first time vlogging. I realised I had strange mannerisms while recording myself constantly, it was more of a case that I am talking to myself saying random/the same stuff that I just happened to keep in the videos. I think most people learn quite a bit from putting themselves on camera and even better yet, publishing it online for random people to see. Anyways, Thanks for the tip! Yes the tricycle is common is Philippines, but specifically on Boracay island they use those electric bikes. Since it is touristy. Usually they want to try charge more than regular for their services and we even asked locals what the price would be, then we ask the driver’s that price. Can also happen to Filipinos especially if they don’t negotiate or know the price. Most tourist places they will try charge you more, but the key is to say no then they will change their price quickly.

There are loads of friendly faces around, of course, anywhere you go there are miserable people too. But my personal experience with the people was awesome

Not a buffalo as we have in the west. But almost like an Asian Buffalo. Probably part of cow family tree, I guess, although I have no idea. Yes truly a unique experience to ride on this thing. On video it doesn’t look as scary haha

When it rains the river tends to flood, but luckily there is a regular road going out of the village, it just take much much longer. Especially travelling with the tricycle. Crossing the river is the best gas efficient way of getting to town.
