Even being a natural bodybuilder this shit applies, stay dialed and focus, whether you wanna build muscle or run a marathon it doesent matter, I love that you’re able to relate to people that are in situations like I am. Being a college student at OSU and having to figure out how to make 4 grand in a semester having people that pump out relatable content makes it a lot easier to sit back and realize there are more people than just you in your situation and there are even people that are way worse off. Last thing I’ll say is I don’t eat sugar…I eat high volume of rice and carbohydrates when I’m bulking sugar just makes me tired so my style of bulking feels great personally because you gotta eat the right foods…I only alter the volume of those good foods when I bulk and cut…I don’t believe in dirty bulking (but that’s just me)

One more thing I’ll add because it’s important…I drink 40 ounces of water with my 50oz of beer each night…no headaches when I wake up but trust me if I skip the water I will wake up hungover from dehydration…obviously…beer is like tea it dehydrates you so you have to drink water with it…just reminding myself of that as well as pointing it out for others.

(Generally speaking I’m only going for 20% bulk in mass and when I cut I wanna be 175 with low abs instead of 170…I used to have to cut down to 160 for low abs…but I can say already 2 years in…trust the process man, at the end of the bulk/cut you will gain a couple new pounds of muscle…it’s a slow game, but it can be done bro
