Thank you senpai~~~~
Hi darrell just wondering. Where do you train in tokyo? What gym?
Freak strength and seizure resistance
Whats on his ankles?
maybe knee sleeves?
3:09 he thought he almost faint but realised it was the flashing light
Мощно !
his warm-ups are my pr :(
Was the strobe part of the challenge?
1kg more than tian tao
We both weigh the same, but my 1 rep max is barely 65 percent of his 1 rep max. I can't imagine how incredibly strong this guy must be. Clearly top of the world genetics.
0:23 the knees cracking/crunching, a part of every good warmup eek
Amazing
G.O.A.T🐐
Strong floor
that deep solid ass to the grass
321kg x 30= over 9000
Beltless. This just blows my mind
those flashing lights are potentially lethal lol
Didnt Tian Tao reacted to this vid?
Try to keep your arms not so bent, and keep the bar closer to your body. Other than that good work.
Couldn’t of said it better myself
Bro that’s my deadlifts Max 😱 lol
Super bro I like video for you and subscribers your channel 👍 👌 ❤️ 💪
Nice.
Good progress ! Is the gym you train in public or private?
public. thanks! i appreciate it!
the bar begs for mercy
That looked way too easy, he could definitely hit 330 on that day.
Perceived effort /= effort
there is always an Asian better than you :D (Clarence0)
and asian and a whole pack of weightlifters in the olympic category, clarence is the king of amateurs only.
Just a straight up disco..
no matter how good you are there is always an Asian better than you
Do you know which brand of squat stands those are? I've been seeing them in so many japan gym videos. Thanks!
Uesaka squat stands
Wow! Those are some amazing stuff! Can’t wait to go!! 🔥🔥🔥
Really? Eye catching 😭😭
Lol! Yeah seriously it’s incredible! 🤩
imagine having a DJ next to you for your lifts
Думаю вспышки в лицо это не то, что ты хочешь видеть, когда встанешь с 321кг
I love it but start working on not depending on your legs separation to get you under the bar
Fake weights lol
Those fake weights will fold you in half even in your second life lol
@@THECHIMPLIFE LMAO
Awesome bro!
Whoever is in charge of those flashing lights after the reps needs to be educated on how incredibly stupid they are and how incredibly dangerous that is. If Toshiki was to have a seizure because of those lights while that weight is on his back he would get folded. Could literally cost him his life because someones an idiot with lights.
Strobe lights when trying to re-rack 500+ pounds, genius.
700+ pounds
can someone please tell what is the backround music?
Aah, he could have squatted more than that
What squat stand is this?
Uesaka
@@THECHIMPLIFE you’re the real mvp!!
Fuck those flickering lights. Squat heavy ass weight and gonna walk that shit in and its gonna trip me out and miss the bars.
すっっっげ!!
Is this a deadlift or a clean pull?
Clean deadlift.... A little bit different from conventional deadlift...
KNEES OUT! Is that the key?
No . Its genetics his legs aint straights like clarance.
I feel so acomplished doing a 300+ pound deadlift, which is also my max, and suddenly this video pops up and the guy casually throws it over his head. 😭
I suppose that in order to handle a weight this big it has to look easy. If there were any struggle at all he wouldn't have made it. Hence, perfect form.
that blinking light after squat has to be so annoying and blinding at the same time, such a retarded idea really
Now Im interested in the rap that was going on in the bg
