I've got that preset but this stack vocals actually increase the perceived loudness and gives a natural feel of chorus rather than plugins or something robotic.

Yes both instruments and vocals, but know music is dynamic, it will always depend on what you really want, and it will differ since we record in different areas, and different genre's

@@CorderroThomas not really necessary, I wanted to increase the vocal gain, I prefer denoise before and after increase for best results.. but if your gain is okay to you then you have nothing to worry
Just to be sure I understand you, my doubles are the same as my leads. and my doubles should be faded left and right?
@@CorderroThomas yes, doubles are same as leads but do not duplicate the lead, just sing your doubles and fade them as well or you can use the noise gate preset heavily on doubles if you are lazy like me, and pan the doubles left and right ✅
Im layering a lead rap vocal and a adlib layer. should I double my lead layers and also have 2 double layers faded left and right the same way you have here? and then have one adlib layer? and also , youre saying to chop the blank spaces in between the vocals right. Im not singing.
@@CorderroThomas doubles are panned totally left and right, no need to duplicate your lead vocals, just sing doubles and harmonies, you can choose more than one harmony region up to you, and also more than required adlip, sometimes I use 3 adlips based on how creative you want to get, even if is a rap chop the blank spaces you may not necessarily fade them, but a little fade helps. 🍻
