Ma, Greensboro doesn’t have traffic because there aren’t as many people as Raleigh. I love this content I learned a lot about NC in a short while.

Nice video but alot of people are leaving Greensboro and moving to the south end of Rockingham county because the taxes are outrageous in Greensboro

Great video ! Thank you… Soo helpful ! I’m from Buffalo , NY & I’m with you on the buildings & old trees ! I need that . My daughter moved to Raleigh / Durham & I’d like to be closer. But that area is pricey, not very walkable ( I don’t drive !) , tons of pine trees & not lots else it seems, & almost no good architecture ! A lil like a giant strip mall ( sorry Triangle area … no I haven't seen all of you. You have great medical facilities, nice people, good food & vibrancy but tons of traffic ). Greensboro is more my speed & oh ! A park downtown , too …. & annual folk festival ? And amazing food & mild winters ? Hello !

Great video about Hamilton Lakes!! Seems like such a unique and peaceful neighborhood! What are the best parts about it in your opinion?!

High point is a bad area to live in, due to the blacks and mexicans and whites here, plus crimes happen alot here, if i were a police cop i move there for safety precautions and start a community where motor bikes are prohibited in quiet streets, may as well put up a gate next for safety. Ive seen gated community places before and high point is one that needs to be gated. And police shoudl be alert driving around streets more often.

You really don't know why Crime rate is so high in Greensboro? And don't even mention High Point.

My wife wanted to buy a house where the highway was 1/2 block behind the house/neighborhood. It was loud. If we had bought that house, I would have been a divorcee by now. No joke.

Okay she also didn't tell you that there are slumlords here if your rent is 450 they want you to make three times that in one week times people don't make more than that and then if you do rent from somebody spell sneak into your lease the roaches and ants rats are your responsibility not the landlords if you get them and they have wolf size rats biggest spiders
