Pop sockets come off everytime a week later every single one I’ve bought, and they cost more. Pop sockets 100% all the way never had one come off

I just ordered two for 13.00 gonna try to Jerry rig to fit otter box. EDIT: The lid that you open to insert phone, I gutted the whole inside of it, that's it. Phone in Case fits great . No more having to take your phone out of its Case.

Here's why Spinpops are great. If you use a car mount to hold your phone (in a car, golf cart, boat, etc.), the locking mechanism ensures the mount won't pop out. I have used a Spinpop in my golf cart for over a year before it failed. At $6 a piece, I just bought another. The locking mechanism has endured many, many miles of bumps and the phone stays in position rock solid. In the past, the regular Popsockets would always pop out and the phone would be dancing all over the place. My $0.02.

I'm getting one specifically to use with the popsocket car mount. I'm not going to use it for my hand. Would spin pop be better to use with a mount because it won't open? Are they even compatible?

This is the worst! I could have just watched the last few seconds instead of watching him fumble around to try to open it and put it on. He should have fast forwarded past the boring parts, which was pretty much all of it. The camera wasn't always centered on what he was doing. He didn't give a close up or description of the material it was made of. The only informative part was, "listen to the click," and that was lame.

Spin pops are horrible 😂 the fact that you have to spin it off (hence the name) and then lock it back into place is so inconvenient and difficult to use.

Pop spin to me are better than pop socket cuz they stay collapsed down better IMHO.

Thanks so much for sharing, I now have proof that the extra money for the PopSocket will be worth it! I have a Spin Pop and after a short time,the grooves that keep it flat have gotten weak. Now it pops up all the time and it's very annoying.
