Where did you get the AN banjo bolt fitting for the injection pump overflow? I've been looking and haven't been able to source one yet!
Aren’t there screws that would need to go through the area you upholstered to re-attach the panel to the door? Mine does but it may have been a repair job prior.

That's not even close to 700hp until you give sizes of turbos , most of that stuff is just fancy ad-ons ..

is that a 12 valve that you swapped to common rail? or is it a common rail engine u put in the truck

It ended up just being slightly loose. I got the slightest tweak out of it and it’s been fine

what year is your truck> and is it a 3/4 ton 1/2 ton? I am wanting to swap a diesel into my 89 Dodge 150 Ramcharger and would like to know what all mods/cuts/welds etc i would need to do.
It’s a 1990 1/2 ton body on a 2003 dodge 2500 chassis.

The door panel look nice I did my panels and headliner in dark tan Cordura my seat covers are being made by Marathon in Bozeman Montana they are dark tan and coffee thanks David

Thanks! And that would be really nice. You could always wire up a Holley system but obviously that’s a lot more involved

Catch can is cool, and the drain I thought about but is don’t you want something vented?
The catch can itself is vented by leaving one of the caps open. On my new engine, I have a 180 degree fitting to vent it straight to the ground.

You just re route the belt if your not running a compressor it Tells you as soon as you open your hood there’s a diagram
