I run the 362 myself with the M tronic carb and the bark box and have had zero problems. Even in different weather conditions and so forth. Never had to reset just start and idle seems to work for me. When it seemed like it needed a carb adjustment in 2 or 3 cuts it made the adjustments to itself and runs spectacular. Hope that helps 😎

Switching from a comically underpowered Poulon Pro 18" to a used 034 the 034 feels like a monster and it has probably 3x the powerband, 1/4 throttle is similar power to flat out on my old terrible 18". Haven't gotten into laurel or any hardwood yet but could instantly tell that won't be an issue when I was cutting up some fir and alder.

Here's a neat little trick to get a rough ballpark of whether your truck is being loaded too heavily on the drive axle or not. When the truck is unloaded, measure the distance from the axle to your frame. Now, when it's loaded, take the same measurement. If your rear end drops more than half the distance of the first measurement, then you're overloading the axle. Now, this is only a ballpark estimate and also only really works on trucks that have stock suspension. It doesn't really work on excessively lifted trucks.

King Quads are real good bikes but Honda is designed for toughness, and little more stable. I own a 2001 KQ. 300. Good bike so far.

About how many hours does the hydros last on these? I am looking at one with around 1200 hours.

Looking at a used one like this... when u say "scoot around" are you saying it doesn't stick on hills/slopes very well?

One of the first things to look at on a Gooseneck trailer is looking at the vertical beam on the gooseneck, often times you will find those are bent backwards because the trailer has been overloaded and that is where they bend. If you have a trailer with Ramps like that, best place to put your tag is on the back of the ramp. Also one of your biggest issues is going to be lights and wiring, I can't tell you how many trailers I have rewired over the years, most of them are not done well.

Just got a caterpillar powered diesel 61 in turf tiger and it is freaking amazing. I've never had a riding lawn mower in my life and this thing is awesome. I have a two-cylinder diesel tractor with 28 horsepower also same as this turf tiger except the truck tigers at 3 cylinder caterpillar diesel. The tractor is great it has a shredder obviously a PTO so I can run other implements but I just can't cut anything in tighter areas. And honestly it's slow even cutting with a shredder. As a result I let things grow more than I should because it takes so much time to get there and cut it whether it's tall or short. With this new turf tiger I don't see me letting it get too tall and this thing is fast everywhere. Everywhere that it is tight and small areas to work in it's so vulnerable. Out in the open or the tractor is able to operate at peak speeds and efficiency and still runs circles around it. I'm obviously going to keep the tractor so I can use it with a box blade and maybe some other things with the PTO eventually but turf tiger will be the cutting the grass Has 117 hours on it and going to cost me $5,000.

Turf tiger is the best scag

Clean for an o.g. tiger cat. You are correct about the smaller deck. Still my pick over the cheetah and turf tiger... for the money. The cheetah transaxle is prone to leaky seals and cracked housings, so if ur spending that much, go with turf tiger.

The only thing I don’t like about SCAG is that they are dirty. What I mean is, you finish a yard and it’s time for a shower and throw the clothes in the washer. Other mowers I’ve used don’t do that. I think it’s how the air flows through the area around the seat.

I have a 2014 Pro turn 252 and it’s been a good mower.

I just bought my first commercial mower for my personal yard. I found a 2018 48” Tiger Cat II with the Koehler pro 23.5 hp / 1200 hours. I paid $3700 for it. The 48” cut does great for my 3/4 acre yard with several pine trees. It’s in great shape and has done well so far. I have nothing to compare it to, but you’re right, it seems like a Cadillac. I was so tired of these residential garbage mowers…nothing but problems

SCAGs have a nice cut. I just got a 48 inch walk behind and its great. I could cut lawns all day with it.

I’m a Stihl man. The only husky I run is my dog! I’ve got an 034 made in West Germany. Yours is USA, but its a red switch (which are sought after) that means it’s an early 1st or 2nd year production and are usually thought to have snappier timing and porting. Definitely still pre EPA carb crack-down era. These 034 are 57cc and the 034 super is 61.5 cc, and when discontinued, that one became the 036. I use mine with the 20” .325 it came with, or a 16” 3/8 bar for firewood. Sometimes I rip boards with a 24” skiptooth 3/8 mill attachment and it pulls strong

I wouldn't mind gettin one of these for cutting my firewood. My ms441cm is dead and im needing a replacement, but want something lighter than it was. As long as i can run a 24" bar some times when i run into bigger stuff.

It seems that you, in America, have hybrid chainsaws. You have the engine of a 362c, but with the carburetor adjustment of a 362. The side cover comes from a c. Coming back to the engine, the cylinder cooling fins are horizontal on 362 and inclined on 362c like yours, strange.

I've got an 034 I bought used in 2000. Just used as a home owner saw but I cut fire wood every year and clear trees off the property. Ben left outside in all weather and it's looking a little worn but still runs like a champ.
