Chiropractic is complete nonsense. Just another So Called Alternative Medicine = SCAM. The Scientific record proved there is nothing. Start reading Edzard Ernst MD, PhD, MAE, FMedSci, FRSB, FRCP, FRCPEd.
i am close to the end of my second month and I don't see results :(
That was very inspirational to hear. Thank you for recording and uploading to others who are interested in this profession!
sorry but im giving you a dislike just cause you put music over the original sound..
Actually, most of our brilliant scientist believe exactly the same thing.
it indeed does my friend i don't know why or how ...
Doc-E-DOC...looking tough brother!! Keep it real YO...love you!
this guy is beyond deluded in a doctor-centered model of care. It's scary that he actually seems to really believe what he is saying to these students. How someone gets so out of touch with reality is beyond me.
Yow. Breathtaking. Most chiropracters aren't that honest in explaining that they believe in complete and utter nonsense.
Yes these were in 2012 and yes you can use them for SCR
Alright, can you check your inbox, i have asked an important question.
Hey man, the two crashes in the middle of this video were both at the final moto of the year ( before the 6 hour) at the SCR track. The other 2 crashes were at Motopark. All were in 2012.
Were these in 2012?
Ouch, I hope you heal fast and get back riding soon.
i feel yeah just broke forearm on the number 5 jump cause it was muddy
Your right, you were in pretty good shape. With that said, you got amazingly lean in just those 3 weeks alone.

Metalingus by Alter Bridge...aka Edge's theme song
It takes about an hour a day....6 days a week. Well worth the time.
Dude! This is ridiculous, I thought it was photoshopped until the video at the end. I'm 41 and 297. I've been doing the circuit and elliptical, but I'd like to step up the weight lifting. How much time per week does this program take?
Ticket to the gun show? Hmmm

@WOGNUMBER1GODFOREVER You can do it with 15s but you will need heavier ones for certain exercises especially after the first month. good luck.
@GlobeNinja Well I'm on my way to a second round of p90x and Insanity as well. And I've dropped weight and hell of a lot less flabby. So yeah.. I was just impatient. Still working hard and now that I'm in better shape I can do a lot more. Thx for the encouragement. Oh yeah.. and I have added green tea to my diet =)
