Thanks for the video- I made a basket with one of your bases using the wood stitch- looks great and is nice and sturdy. I was hoping that you would show how to crochet the different colour edging that you have on the basket in the background. Is it just sc at intervals around the top?

Hi Peggy! It could be a couple of different things - could be: a) your tension is too tight. Try relaxing your tension and/or changing to larger hook size. I recommend an 8mm hook or larger if your tension is tight b) if you are joining at the end of each round, you might be dropping/losing a stitch by accident. Try using a stitch marker c)you could be working the base ‘inside out’. Sometimes people forget to turn/flip the walls as the basket grows. Try turning the basket inside out and see if that makes a difference. Let me know how you go! 😊 Good luck!
