Watching Annie going down slides (which don’t seem as splashy or fast as the slides which have been scary for her) has been reassuring for her. She might even try going on the family raft slide! 💪 Girl this video was amazing! I turned 35 today. It hit me hard bc we have been trying for a second baby for a while now. 35 is a big number when it comes to fertility. It’s been a tough birthday. Another thing you touched on is something I’ve had a ton of problems with recently. Intrusive thoughts. I had a panic attack on Tiana’s bayou adventure a couple weeks ago bc I had the insane thought “what if this log flipped over? How would I get us out?” Insane and extremely unlikely I know logically. But in that moment I was panicked. Related to so much in this video ❤

What a great video. Yes, i do the same with my donations hahaha. A little over 3 years ago my bonus daughter (East Coast) and I (West Coast) made a packed to help encourage ourselves and each other to lead a healthier life. She always did strength and I did cardio. We started involving both in our activities, mentally changing how we talk to ourselves and eating healthier. A year later we were entering races. Last year we started doing Disney races to challenge ourselves and have fun. We both deal with anxiety as well. I appreciate you being so open and vulnerable. You got this❣️

I’ve actually been driving around with donation items for a while now. You’re definitely not alone on that one. I just keep adding to the stash in my car. However, it did come in handy when my daughter played in a splash pad area at Universal & was soaked from head to toe. It was that spontaneous fun that I couldn’t say no to. Next time I’ll pack a change of clothes, even though mine are 8 & 12 & usually don’t get messy. You just never know…🙃
