Beautiful Sandy. I want to Roll with You Until The Wheels Fall Off!!!!! Can I ask you to give examples of pointless activities you have recognized in your life after your success?
I’d say one of the biggest setbacks on my journey was over analyzing situations and individuals. Spending too much time on things you can’t control is pointless. I also stopped watching TV years ago and invested that time in reading books that enriched me and helped me grow as a person and a coach. "You can never have too much knowledge." Dwelling on past mistakes or experiences was a big time waster as we know we cannot change the past. And the biggest one I’d say was bad influences. You are the sum of those you surround yourself with. I had to make the choice to cut ties with a lot of toxic people that weren’t bringing value to my life and the person I was becoming.
