I'm a frequent tourist, I embarked on the 'Le Grand Tour De Budget' only this aft. Reduced to clear 'not' Toastie Loaf from Lidl, a pair of mauve Sketchers from the Original Factory Shop, air freshener refills from Morrison's all topped off with a bottle of ALdi finest cider in the car park( it's got a day tripper friendly screw top). Grand day out...gave a celebratory toot to the activists outside the town hall, protesting about Palestine's changing climate or summart. Back in't 'Royd within the hour with change from a tenner! Turd middin is great!!

I worked in Todmorden years ago and drove past this “picnic area” every night/morning on my way home. It was nothing more than a drop off/ pickup area for local business people (drug dealers). I wonder if anything has changed?

I saw a ufo whilst driving up Bacup Road, it was toppling down the road getting closer and closer. When it came to a stop it wasn’t a ufo after all, it was a stolen Vauxhall Astra, the two alien occupants clambered out uninjured and uninsured running towards Gauxholme.
