@@ataiman5897 call the dealership with your VIN to see if it even has a serviceable fuel filter, most new car just have the one at the fuel pump.

No need to drain the oil, the engine should be off so no pressure, engine should be cool if possible.

10 MM with extensions and swivels. PB blaster to get it loose, flash lights, padding for your knees because your gonna be on top of the engine. And about 3-5 hours worth of cussing 😂. That's what it took me yesterday and this morning. Don't drop the bolt if you do it's a m6 inch long bolt at the hardware store.

​@@francisgarthow1459 this is funny! I did the front one just now and the two camshaft position actuators. I have the part for the back one like this video but I said nope! My code was p0013. So I just wanted to do all parts in that area. Why not. But this one... I think I will wait for my day off. Oh and I am in AZ. So doing this at 113 degrees today. Its going to really multiple the bad words.

If my memory serves me correctly it was making noise. The loud hissing sound sucking in air.

The vacuum line was broken. It was visible. There was a vacuum leak code, unfortunately I don’t remember it.

Thank you for the reply! I have a very rough idle problem in a similar car that acts like a vacuum leak, but doesn't throw any codes; did the throttle cleaner spray method but couldn't find any vacuum issues. Next suspect is the engine and trans mounts. I was hoping it wouldn't come to that lol

I’m getting to replace mine soon (part is in transit). I had a hissing noise (break in the line) on the right side of the intake manifold (part of the line was exposed on the right side of the IM). I discovered it after I replace the crankshaft position sensor. You can hear the hissing noise once the engine cover is off.

Unfortunately no, any Mercedes Benz dealership will be able to tell you using the VIN.

I took me about 2 hours, I took some extra time to make sure I didn’t break any of the harnesses. The intake area needs to be cleaned, be very careful about any debris falling into the engine. Cover all your intake ports.

Your good man it took me two hours, just to get all the wiring, harness unclipped, and all the plastic crap out of the way I’m not a pro, but I’ve been working on cars my whole life, and these Mercedes are a real chore

It’s called a Crankcase breather vent line. Part # 276-018-23-00 it’s for the GLE M276 Bi-Turbo. Double check the part number for your vehicle.

It will most likely be some dam sensor you just gotta figure out one or replace each one!

No, increase temperature of the antifreeze opens the the thermostat, the temperature sensor sends information to the pcm (computer) and to the temperature gauge.

No it is not. By far.. it's just as hard getting the starter off imo. I tried from bottom and top.. finally got it from the top after 3-5 hours

It can be hard to start the car, the RPM doesn't work and sometimes the engine makes a rattling sound.

Stalling when slowing down or stopping.. long crank to start. Engine shaking

Yes, but I think you would need to remove the starter and maybe the CV axle to get to it from under the car

I used a long extension with a quarter inch swivel head socket. Once I got the bolt loose I took it off with my fingers the rest of the way.
