GFRIEND was the one who pretty much started the 2x speed dance challenge. They danced to their songs twice the speed of it. To add on it, GFRIEND's songs and choreos are usually hight tempo or formation heavy. This clip shows SinB's, GFRIEND's main dancer back then, dancing skills.
