I watched this last night I decided to give it a go and I watched it in Italian because since Netflix subtitles r messed up I used letflix and I loved the other language it was in it was fun to read subtitles and I started to catch on to some of the words this is the most beautiful movie I’ve ever seen because I’ve seen many thongs but the words they use and the whole plot is awesome ❤

Unfortunately, the scene where Charly is injured on the field is really shabby. Nick stands there and fears that if he helps Charly, he will be portrayed as a gay man. After all, when such “injuries” occur, the captain of the team is there. Charly's friends also stand there like stupid and smile, and don't even think about checking on him to see what's wrong with him. The trainer also doesn't play a good role in all seasons. This scene is really a bummer.
To be fair there is a jump scene so we don’t know what happens between them getting Charlie up and Nick coming to see him they all could’ve checked on him
By the way, the translation is bad, even very bad. Then prefer the original rather than these misleading subtitles.
When it says “everyone knows he’s gay” it says “everyone knows he’s dead” like WTH
Often the same videos, but good. The person who bothers me the most is this Harry show-off. Rich slob and self-important. He sets Nick up with girls, calls others gay, BUT you never see Harry with a girl, always his group of boys. Harry should think about himself.

They're not siblings because Rigel ultimately decided he didn't want to be adopted by Ana and Norman. He knew his feelings for Nica were romantic and not brotherly. He felt irritation whenever anyone thought they were related. In the book on which the film is based, he tells her he felt love for her when he first saw her and they were children. He hid his feelings for years and protected her when he could. He thought he wanted to be adopted by Ana and Norman, but more importantly, he wanted to be near Nica. Rigel and Nica are complex characters because they've been thru alot as orphans who were mistreated by Margaret, the warden of the instituttion.
They are not siblings; if they let the adoption go thru they will become siblings legally although they are not natural siblings by birth in that they don't share the same mother and father; Ana and Norman will become their adoptive parents if they become adoptedl; that doesn't happen because Rigel loves Nica and ultimately doesn't want to be her brother by adoption. I read the book which filled in holes left open in the film; however, I really liked the film which was beautiful visually with good actors and fine soundtrack.

@@ochasevanya3839 I would have liked a little bit more of focus on Rigel. The novel describes him so much, specifically his feelings. But we didn’t get enough of him in the movie. His feelings are deep and his way of thinking. But the movie was too focus on Nica.
