These benches are absolute G-A-R-B-A-G-E! My girlfriend's mother wanted one for her front porch and so far I've gone through 6! 6 benches of all different types, brands, sellers, etc., etc., and every single one has been defective in multiple ways!! Metal armrests broken in half right out of the box, warped & unusable wooden slats, half of the slats are unfinished, while half are, missing hardware, metal support brackets that don't fit that particular product, instructions in broken/misspelled English (which actually explains a lot!), and on & on & on & on & on..... the fact that these name brand companies don't actually MAKE anything anymore and instead simply find the cheapest overseas supplier possible has gotten quite ridiculous!! It's a damn shame

Re: Assembling video of Outsunny iron/wood garden bench by woman who failed to show the sequence of inserting parts components from the backside. Showing where to which side to add the flat supporting disk and where to insert the nuts, whether on the back of the wood back support part or over the iron when attaching to the wood should have been shown. She failed to show the sequence when multiple tool components are added. It is obvious were main parts are supposed to assembled, but where other parts to keep the bench assembled should have been shown. She should have shown the different tools and where to be inserted. This video is fine for veterans of assembling furniture, not for first timers who just need to see more detail of assembly at least first time. This video failed to show the final positioning of the smaller components from a backside view.

Does anybody know if the cushion/seat covers can go in the washing machine? I looked at the labels and all the washing symbols have a X on them. Thanks in advance.

Hello. Can anyone please tell me what the difference is between the 5 slats? According to the instructions 1 of them is different from the remaining 4 and needs to go on the front? I can't see the difference 🤔 think I've just spotted it, is it the slat with slightly rounded edge?

Thanks for sharing this video! I had this bench gifted to me by my sister in law and the instructions such as they were came as a crumpled and very tattered piece of paper in the bottom of the delivery box. Which was literally unreadable.
