One of his skills should be a teleport skill. Similar to Doctor Strange, but with a a smaller cooldown of like 40 seconds. So if he does get down, within 40 seconds he's back in the frey or can be used during battle as a risky maneuver to escape or sneak up. I would totally use like a stretch animation instead of Strage's twirling hand. I think one his other skills would be something similar to like Psyloche's or Hawkeye's ULT. Maybe a stun or a slow down the enemies to make them more likely to have a harder time escaping or moving out of an area. His attacks would probably look similar to like Iron Fist, maybe one air wave attack and a Tornado-style attack. Possible a line of fire type of attack that anyone who walks over gets damage. Maybe a health regeneration passive And lastly a Team up with his Sister Wanda or both Wanda or Magneto.

Making a game around a speedsters is easy compared to putting a speedster in a competitive multiplayer game. He'd have to sit somewhere in between Spiderman's single target kill potential, and Black Panthers Party wide carnage to get the feel of a speedster imo. He's gotta be resource based like Spidey and Thor so people don't just wonder why he's not speed blitzing everyone 24/7 in cannon, but he can't limited in his quirk which of course is his speed. My idea is that the longer he runs the faster he gets and he has 3 different tiers of speed called gears (For reference, gear 3 would indeed be faster than caps sprint). He has another ability that lets him change direction while running instantly, but because he's stopping on a dime he drops a gear of speed when he does so, it also has a small boop zone in the direction you were going; he can use this whenever. Then he has another ability that lets him blink forward; it's effectively BPs spirit rend. You can have up to 3 stocked up and when you use one consecutively after another you drop a gear of speed; You can only use the ability consecutively if you're in gear 2 or 3. This promotes standard skills like setting up and staging and resource managements while not being outside the realm understanding. For a final regular ability he would have to initiate it and have it be accepted like Fastball special. He would grab a teammate and reposition them nearby in the blink of an eye. The animation would be of both teammates disappearing in a blur, and then the Quicksilver can move a placement marker around Similar to Storm ult and when he confirms the position they reappear in a blur on that spot. It'd be unique too in the sense it doesn't have a cooldown, rather the teammate would have a cooldown, and he can do it as long as the teammate is off cooldown. His primary fire would be his melee and it would be a medium range gatling of punches, like a shorter range Enhanced iron fist punches that you actually have to aim. For the ult, everyone in the game slows down for 5 seconds, not to a crawl but everything is in slow motion, Quick silver gets infinite abilities and moves even faster than 3rd gear, he can also use his reposition ability freely without his teammate having to accept the initiation. That's how I'd put Quicksilver in a multiplayer game. Oh, he'd also have wall running similar to iron fist

Quicksilver needs to be in Marvel Rivals, I think a cool gimmick fot him would be landing hits on enemies in order to move faster, it would be pretty balanced imo
