What is great about tai chi is it helps people continue to build strength so that they prevent falls, especially for older adults. If you can endure a few people poking fun at you, you will probably help some people stay in their homes as independent adults. Keep up the good work!

Thank you for posting this! My 2 yr. old daughter attends the Montessori school here. I haven’t been to church in a long time, about 7 years. My husband who was raised Muslim asked about attending church there, but I was raised Baptist and have only attended Episcopal church twice as a teenager and went to a Lutheran church for several years as an adult and that was the last church I attended. I have been putting off coming because I’m not as familiar with Episcopal churches and I feel guilty about that because I think it would be great for my husband.

St. Christopher's is a great Episcopal Church. It really is. It's in that wonderful building and campus at the head of the Park Cities. It's at the corner of Lovers Lane and Central. Come join us.

This is a wonderful small congregation Episcopal Church. It's at the corner of Lovers Lane and Central Expressway. It also has a superb Montessori School for the early grades. Come see us! Sunday worship services begin at 10 AM with good fellowship afterwards.

This was a remarkable service venue. In the oak tree canopied parking lot between the church and the rectory. This was the first service at the church since the Corona virus lifted its ugly head. And by the way, it was so good hearing Fr. Matt preach another of his very well constructed messages.
