Miyawaki Sakura is not that legend compared with other members. It's better if you include Matsui Rena and/or Yokoyama Yui
but you cant ignore that out of all of the girls mentioned, she is the most popular currently after graduating she is already considered as one of the most respected in the group

eh...hmm...i learnt about AKB48 after watching a bit of produce48 n despite i found the level of contestants n performances on that show unbearable compared to s1&2, Matsui Jurina just won me over instantly that when she dropped out, i had no more reason to continue watching. then i started watching AKB48 stuffs like their mvs n old akbingo episodes. but what made me feel iffy is that this is a video of most important akb members n i thought surely it meant the most popular relevant n legendary members anyone would know of but i'm surprised there's no Shimazaki Haruka or Matsui Rena at least....there might be more but those two came to my head first and surely they would be placed before Sakura in terms of importance/impact if we don't count pd48 which is a different show n not AKB48 especially since the title emphasize on important members of AKB48 history which is a huge deal. also, too much footage of Jurina on pd48 when she had a longg career n moments in AKB48 itself not to mention countless appearances in the main singles to be used in the video n she was even on that show for very little so it's just weird that the footages from that show was majorly used here. but yeah maybe i'm just nitpicking. also, some of the facts shared lack context while giving details n could cause confusion like on Minegishi Minami. other than that, it's a nice compilation i guess although doesn't exactly live up to what the title suggests.

Yeah! Fresh Lemon was definitely a special lady! She was a lot of fun and the most cute of them all when she was young! She was like the baby sister that many of us never had.

because others who dated had to leave the group. It happened several times to other members.
It was a cultural thing. Also, in the long run, it only increased her popularity and value. Those were an unforeseen benefit for her and AKB48. She just graduated on 22-MAY-2021. She will be missed but, she and all those who were with her, will always be a part of AKB48.
I miss Mai Oshima in this, she was very popular among the fans from the first generation and a big part of AKB48 start up years. Maybe I am too old and nostalgic, but for me she is one of the tops even if she graduated very early and before AKB had it's breakthrough.

If Mai had not graduated early and had participated AKB's first ssk in 2009 I'm sure she would have entered Kami7 :(
@@secondella3374 She would have for sure, she was very popular back then. You can see it in AKBingo, she was co-moderating early on.
Mii-chan is now the longest running 48 member in 48 history having debuted with the group all the way back in 2005 and now being in the group for a whopping 16 years and being the last of the first generation members. Even now she's still a member of AKB48. I'm definitely gonna miss that lady once she officially graduates and it's gonna feel really strange knowing that Mii-chan isn't there anymore because she's been in the group for so long now. I'm also still waiting for her graduation concert man I hate Covid. 😂😂💕💕💕

Yui Yokoyama should definitely be among these members. She was the General Manager for all AKB during 4 years 2015-2019 and is according to many seniors the most hardworking member of all. Before her it was Takamina who worked hardest and with Yui-chan not far behind!!
