I'd subscribe, but there's not even a synopsis. I was surprised how a supposed therapist can justify and even enjoy gossip in this story. My mother was the biggest gossip and I absolutely abhorred it. It's evil and shows weakness of character. When people start gossiping, I'll either say something like I don't want to hear it or just leave the room. I remember as a kid listening to a sermon and the priest said how sinful gossip was. I thought that now finally people would stop gossiping, especially my mom. However, as we were leaving church, before the door even closed, my mom started gossiping!!!! The other woman looked at me and I could tell how uncomfortable she was. That's the day I think I started questioning if there was a god! How could people continue to do hurtful things when they know they are mean and cruel.

Absolutely great! A lot of the name he chose in this book had huge meaning to me, Ruby, Fawn, and even Zippy. (Kinda freaked me out)

I have spent much time with indigenous cultures around the world and learned and have been so blessed by worshiping with them at times of death and birth. I have learned to live and see God in the eyes of children and old women and everything in between - even if they have never heard of Christ. The narrator is absolutely perfect for this awesome book. His voice is both soothing and his tone is balanced. Wonderful. Quite addictive.

What a waste of time. Garbage, all of it. The courtroom scenes are just beyond 6th grade stupid, none of the characters are the least bit likeable and the ending has me making sure I'll NEVER read either of these authors ANY THING ever again. Save yourself the time this is TRASH.
