We're a Crossfit Gym based on the South Eastern Beaches of Sydney, Australia and we have no business doing a podcast 😂
However;
Our overarching goal is to impact as many people as possible with our gym community, we believe we have the best place for people to train with a great community. This podcast shares who we are as owners of the gym on an extra level as well as an insight into our community and values; we feel the more we share of this,
the more we can welcome new people through our doors to achieve that goal.
We know there is 1000 podcasts you can listen to on how to structure your macros or train your lactic threshold.
But what we specialise in is understanding everyday athletes and the experiences of running a gym full of them.
We hope you can learn a bit more about us, our gym, our community and the everyday journey of fitness.
Basically we fucking love our gym and the people in it, we talk about it constantly so we may as well mic up and share it
Southend Podcast EP 7 - Isaac Heeney

Stumbled onto this. Isaac is quality. Great content.
Sorry Issac , it doesn’t appear to supporters that Emma was that helpful mentally given the GF performance

Not even arguably, in my opinion. As an opposition (North Melbourne) fan, he was the best player in the league, this year. Forget the Brownlow medal, that's an umpires award. Isaac bossed it. His move into the midfield was a masterstroke. Nobody had as much impact on games without needing to have the most disposals on the ground, as this guy did.
#mancrush :)
Omg him and Luke sound identical. That’s crazy
Vamos!
