Introducing the Farmland Fox! (Kitfox Super Sport) | AMAZING!
Kitfox planes are great....but I think the KFA Safari is better....AWESOME video and trip 😊...new sub btw
I flew this plane at Stick and Rudder, and at this point it accounts for the entirety of my tailwheel time (all 1.2 hours of it haha). Totally sold me on the kitfox. Can't afford it. Boo.
Thanks, Tim!!
Nice flight..greetings from España..used to have a Kitfox 3 back when I lived in Iceland, phenomenal aircraft the Kitfox ..once took a flight inside a crater lake "Askja"flat calm.. high point in my flying
Farmland is tricky...ruts etc. be careful
Loved watching this. If you’re interested in flying around rough terrain more often, just take a mountain flying course. Lots of cool techniques out there that will keep you safe.
That was a great video, thanks for posting!
at 14:30, welcome to the Monterey Bay area... 😉
You guys are invited down to Elk River (ID85) anytime. Farmfox can meet Elkfox.
We would love to see the Elkfox!
Any chance I could meet up with you sometime and sit in it for five minutes? I plan on building one but wonder if I’d be too cramped for this model.
Absolutely! We would love to have you come check it out. Happy to answer any questions you may have.
@@farmlandcompanyexcellent! I really appreciate it! You at the Pullman airport?
I would love to have a kitfox, unfortunately I've been priced out of the market as many many more have been. Their market share has to be shrinking to fewer and fewer people.
Which model one wheel is that?
they let you fly ? my god - this is like dumb & dumber
Where is from
You guys are having too much fun!
I love the plane (the Corsair on the dash)… The KitFox is great too. 😎
We are measuring our life in pre and post airplaine I see.
Just as a point of clarification.... 724KA is a Factory built Special-Light Sport, based on the Series 7 Super Sport. The S-LSA is a certified version and cannot be modified without inspection and factory approval. In the case of the Experiential category, what you said would be correct. But Experimental and Light Sport are in fact different. Light Sport is limited to a 1320lb gross weight rating, whereas the Super Sport can be built to a 1550lb gross weight rating. B
Heck yeah, I want a sticker or a two. I enjoy your videos.

A couple of superstars in this video!
No way! I got my PPL in 724KA. Hope you keep it up with the videos so I can keep living vicariously 😂 Some footage of your airplane from my training: th-cam.com/play/PL430ai9ygmH7AY3NXeIru2a1WcfO9yr1k.html&feature=shared
She's a reliable bird! Thanks for watching, our next video will be out soon!
You make your job look like a lot of fun.
We do our best! Thanks for watching!
Is that legal?
Big $$$$$$$$$
What a wonderful video!! We want to hang out with you guys!
"All combines matter" - you must not have any leftists that follow you, cuz they'll pop your tires and puncture your fuel tanks for making comments like that.
In basic training a buddy was reading a letter from home with tears in his eyes. Someone asked if it was a "Dear John" letter. He said , " no it's a John Deere letter. We been savin' for a new tractor and the money I've been sendin' home put us over the top. Here she is. Ain't she purty."
Music detracts from the video.
Love the Maverick shoutout!
What a beautiful farm! I love it when families work together! Thank you so much for sharing with us!
Love it!
Liked the video. Also noticed those sun visors you have. I think my Kitfox needs at least one like that. Where did you get them? Thanks,, Jim
And my Kitfox just gets used for going to the pancake breakfast.
Working on a look-a-like of your KitFox for MSFS 2020 FlightSim. Got a long ways to go, but it’s getting there!
I'd love to see it when it's done!
Great Video guys. I fly an Avid out of Choteau MT which is just southwest of Conrad. Yall are going to have to redo this video because you missed all the amazing grass and backcountry strips. RYAN FIELD south of west glacier, Shaefers, Benchmark, the Chinese Wall, Seeley Lake...all amazing places along your route. Comeback and I'll show you around proper.
Deal!!
Would have been much more interesting to see some take off and landing video.
Are those Rosen visors?
To create a sharable fix/point on the ground, try what3words. Good down to a 3 Meter square.
Kit Fox is made where you can fly with open doors.
Guys, nice content. Enjoyed the video and the humor. Thanks!!
Good stuff Tim. Hope to fly with you sometime.
hi so ive watched hundreds of kitfox , back country, rands, scrappy and draco videos. ive studied kitfox and rands nearly endlessly. i need to make a decision soon as to which kit im going to buy. do you have any regrets with the kitfox. do you wish you had a rands instead or perhaps a carbon cub. youre doing the exact type of flying i want to do. please give me you advice. thanks
Have you checked out Bearhawk too?
Hi Mark- Most of my experience is with Kit Fox and so sadly I don't have enough information to make an adequate comparison. I do know that Kitfox is a very capable aircraft for a good price point!
@@farmlandcompany How to get in contact with you?
Hey Tim when will u take me along on a crop&land tour into MT ?
I was expecting spray bars haha
Lic required?
Yes
Wow! I flew my first flight ever in that very plane. Can’t wait to see more videos with it.
That Kitfox has seen some amazing country! I love the 914 as well. Have you seen this bird? It’s epic! Electric retractable slats. th-cam.com/video/VPqTh_hZNoI/w-d-xo.html
Every plane I've had with a overhead skylight like that, 1 Kitfox and two RANS, I got to where I couldn't stand them during the summer! Problem solved, with some of the bubble/foil insulation they sell in any big box store, (cheap, less then 20 bucks) and I also see some high dollar $2-300.00) shade solutions also. In the colder months they are great, or in a very high traffic area.
Something that works is Priceless. Especially when it is inexpensive!
Have you ever considered using Mylar blankets? They reflect around 90% of the heat and light back out. Super cheap and can use it during emergency.
Your handle is pretty close to mine, Farmfox here. Nice video.
