Certainly aam janta ki bhasha mein! , but who listens to aam janta ki bhasha in courts, how many of such videos are out there where u can see Milords asking advocates to speak in English, not only that they directly refuse to listen to them! It's good to see u speak in sophisticated Hindi but I would urge you to ask your colleagues to entertain local languages in courts too!

Sir the biggest problem in Indian law is quick justice. Most delays and false cases exist because there aren’t any large penalties on lawyers that malpractice. Firstly allowing cases that don’t have any paperwork into court and dodging dates to postpone is a common practice. All cases exceeding 6 months should go to a special court to fast track. Lawyers should get punished by their teeth if they malpractice. Get simpler laws for property owners and tenets.
