Interesting! I am going to start getting up earlier and being in nature. For me what helps with depression is yoga, cutting off toxic people and refusing to believe they are bigger than you, having rituals, decorating your space, buying a cute mug, joining communities, picking up hobbies, reading, adopting a pet, and ...letting go of literally everything.

Wow, god bless. Great video. I felt like I was watching a reflection of myself. I too went through time of homelessness in 2021. A humbling experience really is putting it lightly because, as you did too, once you come out of the other side man do you really look at life SO much differently. Even down to your demeanor I can tell you went through hardships. I’m assuming you’re Hispanic? So from one Hispanic to another, keep it up, keep the grind going and never let that grit mindset fade away.
