These people are complicated they were very serious on demanding me clearance fee after clearing they just disappointed

In Croatia, DPD delivery are the worst. For every shipment, you have to call their customer service for days to get the package. For two days they send me messages about delivery and the delivery man does not call me or come to the door. I have no idea where my two packages are. Today I received a message for the 3rd day in a row that there will be a delivery. Again the delivery man does not call and does not come to the address .The worst but the worst delivery service in Croatia is DPD!

Dear DPD Central office, I would like to report to you the bad attitude towards users of DOD Croatia. Unfortunately, there are no headongs for complaints on your website, so I am using this option. I paid for package transport on 21.09. from Zagreb to island Brač. However, until today 28.09. DPD did not collect the package claiming that it was not ready to be sent, that is not true. I complained, bur they do not answer my emails, nor telephone call. Could you be so nice as to warn them about the right relationship towards clients, in order to force them to pick my package? Thank you on advance, bye.

DPD lost my parcel and refused to refund even when i had paid insurance money 😢

Terrible idea, terrible customer service. A robot cannot leave an item safe or with neighbour. Majority of the world work 9-5 and are in an office. A robot cannot replace humans in every aspect. Stop forcing it!
