Truly said, when it comes to delivery many Listed and Reputed players in Gurgaon have a slow pace on the other hand if anyone wants to reduce their execution risk they will have to select projects from these listed players only there’s not much of choices available to them in that case. Not taking side of any builder, just sharing my views.

I dont think so because I went ashiana anmol their previous project so lobbies are pretty cool and there is much space according to that project segment you should visit there too and since Ashiana Amarah is upper version of all their previous projects and since no phase has been delivered of Amarah yet we can expect even better lobbies here.

@@NamikaEstate This is insane. Have you checked the lift lobby size on their brochure ? It is one of the tiniest and cramped lobbies you will ever see. The lift gate opens next to a flat iron gate. You open the gate of the flat and someone coming out of your lift will be inside your flat directly

⁠​⁠@@purvabuyer I think you have mistaken the project with DDJAY because this happens in DDJAY where lift is right in front of flat’s main door Main criteria of investing in a project should be : 1.) Builder’s Reputation 2.) Construction Quality 3.) Location 4.) Layout 5.) Space you get inside of flat (Rooms , Kitchen and dining area) 6.) Price worthiness Rest all factors are secondary so even if you didn’t like the lift lobby space it shouldn’t be the factor for rejecting such a niche project in my perspective because a person won’t even spend even 1% of his total time in lift lobby area your’s perspective can be different

@@NamikaEstate Exactly - this happens in DDJAY projects and that is what Ashiana needs to realise as well. I urge youbto take a look at their sales brochure lobby plan - it is showing the same. Price in crores, features as DDJAY. Phase 4 stuck!
