We have a property in Concho Az in apache county Interested in a container with delivery whats your rate for either a 40ft or 20ft
@@AdrianaR2003 right on! 40 foot high cube, wind & water tight (9’6” tall) are $4900 including local delivery 20 foot wind & water tight standard height (8’6” tall) are $3200 including local delivery Local delivery covers 50 miles from Concho lake Prices fluctuate regularly, so if your shopping rates and it’s been a month or so feel free to double check back etc and beware of the $500 deposit scams that unfortunately are very common in this industry
good video, i just got one, so far good, the only problem is I pissed off a GRABOID.
@@markbrown1609 yep we gotta keep your eyes out for those subterranean worms 🐛 !! Always … 😂
Why do we even need permits on individual land owners? I understand inside city areas where people live next to each other, but out in the forest, makes no sense. Our founding fathers and early citizens post independence war never needed permission to build. What changed? Many of there homes and buildings from that time period still exist and are being used. You pay massive price for the land, then pay massive taxes, just to be told you cant do anything with "your" land. Total BS. The USA sucks. Our founding fathers made it clear that right to property is equal to that of all our other rights, and that without inalienable right to property affects our right to liberty and life. Look it up, I did my eyes are wide open.
@@brandonsheffield9873 I hear you loud and clear, and agree 100% we were unfortunately born into a very corrupt system far strayed from what was put in place, we literally fought for independence from British tax and tyranny to just tax and tyrannize our own ….. it’s corruption distraction extortion rinse and repeat ….
Theres talk of apache cracking down on rvs- i dont know if its true
@@nealamesbury7953 I wouldn’t doubt it, there has been an explosive growth out here and with growth comes unnecessary rules regulations and unfortunately a reaching out for a weird desire for tyranny from some of the people ….

I just ordered this same trailer, how has this one done for you? I’ll be delivering chicken coops, sheds and hunting blinds with mine.
@@murchlk I loved that trailer, and regret selling it, but I’m replacing it with a gooseneck version same brand or a Lamar depending on availability that I will modify with same 10” wide runners and fab up some removable steak pocket bumpers …..
Glad to hear that you had a good experience with it. I appreciate you getting back with me on that. I installed a badland 12k winch last night on it and will be doing my first delivery this week. Good luck with your new gooseneck
Bought two 8.6 X 9 with doors and windows same condition from Parris CA in Auction
@@csmeyer24562 I get most of my containers these days directly from the ports and depots in Long Beach California area
Hey there, just wondering if y ou ever finished this project? Any more video or pictures?
@@hotrodfanatic1 unfortunately during the project the toy hauler got vandalized by our friendly local homeless population where they broke into our shop property and gutted every inch of the wiring for the entire trailer …… causing the insurance company to total it, I tried to buy it back and they wanted more than market value even with the salvage title, that sucked ….
Can you detail how you installed your ledger board to the blue container? Thinking of tackling something similar. Good work
@@samasenter I drilled all the way through the container and used standard bolts with washers and nuts etc and put a dab of silicone on each one to keep any water from seeping in. I will be installing a conventional style roof over both containers (rafters triangle shape) with a 4-5 foot tall ridge beam that will allow a 4-6 inch overhang to keep any water from going down the walls and I will cut out a rectangle in one of the storage container tops to install a pull down attic style door to use that area for more long term storage items to keep clutter out of my containers for work space
Mine was supposed to be watertight but it leaks
@@FourthWayRanch yeah unfortunately all shipping container outfits can only go by what the ports and depots promise them on the bill of lauding and occasionally one can leak on first rain that wasn’t inspected very well. I pick all of my containers up myself and get to personally inspect them before accepting them etc so thankfully I haven’t had any surprise leakers yet. Some container outfits are buying the lowest quality containers they can to try to make more profit and they are complete rust buckets …
@adventurereadyoffgrid ya, that's what I got from someone in bullhead city/ft mohave, they bring it out to you, what r u gonna do, refuse it? I got another 40'high cube but it's aluminum, made in Japan I think. I like it better than steel
@@FourthWayRanch yeah that's unfortunate, a leaky one can sneak by at times, most these container outfits just send 3rd party drivers to the ports/depots and the drivers take whatever containers the lift operators load them with, the drivers are not responsible to check the containers and get paid for the transportation regardless of condition etc, thats why i always pick them up myself.
That tent would last about 30 days in yucca
@@FourthWayRanch it did better than I had expected but it was a poor design for the wind in general …
@adventurereadyoffgrid I'm stuck in my container til I get the basement built for the house. I'd rather live in a tent but we get 30mph winds here all the time. It's like living on mars
@@FourthWayRanch the containers are a great foundation to build from with winds and monsoons etc! I will be starting a main home build out of either 2 or 3 of the 40 foot high cube containers next year, and plan to use containers in one way or a other as the foundation for all buildings on our main property moving forward ….

It looks like Iron Bull makes this trailer in some other lengths, including 22' - can you see any reason that the 22' wouldn't work as well as the 24' for hauling around 20' containers?
They would both do perfect, the 24 would just offer you a bit longer deck in the event you wanted to haul a longer vehicle or load etc …. For shaking the 20 foot containers off the shorter option would be better in my experience. My 40 foot trailer is technically 39 foot so the containers hang off making them very easy to remove etc
HOW DID U LOOK UP THE PARCELS?
Did this one come with a stand? Or did yoy add that?
Walmart had an exclusive on these originally for $154 you got the 22 griddle, the cover, the stand and the side tray!!! Crazy great deal
Do you sell and deliver the containers? We are planning a move to Arizona and are thinking about building a container home but also may need one or two for storage.
Yes I do! I buy, sell and deliver them anywhere in Arizona, operating out of Apache County AZ. We will be starting our shipping container home build early next year on our main property up here, and currently use a couple of the wind and water tight high cube 40 footers for our workshop and storage on one of our smaller properties. We will try to video as much of our container home build as I can …

@@adventurereadyoffgrid I’m an Army veteran I’m looking at land in the desert, but will come to Arizona to check it out first. I want to weigh the pros and cons to see the feasibility of setting up a successful agribusiness. I fell in love with the desert in Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar etc. It was peaceful but challenging as well. I like what you are doing.
@@othellosson1621 thanks, I grew up riding and racing dirt bikes in the California desert, a lot of people refer to it as the “high desert” even though Southern California is just a desert, we are at 5600 elevation out here my brothers property 25 miles north of us is around 6400 elevation so we are a true high desert geography settled between mtn ranges up here. I live the forest and pine trees, but they want 10 times the price on acreage with pine trees on it, I figured with the money I saved I can plant as many trees as I want in the future, and we can be out in a nice dense forest within 20-30 minute drive any direction if we wish ….
I hope it sells fast. Nice looking and super affordable so it better. 😊

@@erikthered5539 yep this was our gym for about a month it was really convenient to have, I think it throws people off when looking to buy the building with all the massive gym equipment in there. 😂 I will put together a smaller version of the gym in the backyard for now, enjoy the sunlight, I would love to keep this cabin around, great shape easy build out but I’m gonna liquidate a bunch of extra projects now and get back on track to get the main property ready for the next build phase with several shipping containers…..

Yeah the boarder wall containers were most likely purchased at $10k a piece with extorted tax money on some bloated government contract, then the most recent communist dictators decided boarders are bad …. they sold them internally to government and non profit businesses $1k to 2k and now they are auctioning them off to the “general public” starting at $2k most going up to $3500 or more plus people then have to cover a relocation cost etc ….. selling containers back at 30-40% of what they bought them for to the same people they stole the money from to purchase them in the first place? Definitely a perfectly F’d up version of what these scumbags sell to us as FREEDOM (through extortion) … The worst is long before you and I were born our ancestors excepted this level of corruption at its starting point and now it’s just massive and all consuming …. It’s wild that our American society lives under socialism/communism and think we are the premium example of freedom

I just toss em like I would a hand grenade in a SHTF situation! Haha On windy days the high cubes sometimes take a couple extra tries though …. On this trailer I have the built in ratcheting cranks welded to the trailer and the metal buckles on opposite side so I get a little weight in the toss with that buckle rolled up …. About 12 foot of slack and make sure the natural toss direction is unraveling as it goes airborne…
