    I’m not feeling this much. Or at least it’s subtle until I finish the movement. Any advice for troubleshooting this one? I have a large range of motion without the pelvis moving, so maybe this just isn’t a priority for me.

    Wow I’ve been following an NHS Uk physio routine for about 9 months. For a hip flexor related issue caused by Doing couch stretches for a really tight quad I pushed them too far and felt something tear in the front of the upper left thigh pelvis region. Instability and tweaking/pain/discomfort ever since. I’ve not been able to feel isolated activation of left glute. My first 25 reps everything was trying to assist and help like lower back, quad. Second 25 I started to feel it in the glute. First time for months I was able to wake up that glute!

    Don't focus on lifting ur knee up, it should be a side effect of you clamping down pennies in the middle of ur butt.

      This massively fixed my shoulders If it doesn’t hurt start slow, no weight and don’t push into any pain. Add very gradually if it takes months so be it just take your time and go slow

    Ok now drop it to 200 and with knees between your arms. Also it only look casual, that posture and his face. He was internally screaming and barely hold it for 2 seconds lift only with feet and just hang the weight. Those traps and back did nothing. I never go past 180 with proper form. In sumo 200 was scary easy only my shin bones hurt because i already weight 120 and they were not custom to hold over 300 + i am 198cm (6,6) tall. And all that with strait bar, another reason i dont even try go past 180. But train my grip and manage to hold 275 for 2 min, again my shins dont like that very much.

      you weight 120kg and lifted 180? that's average deadlift for your weight Basically 1.5 your bodyweight

    I have 2 buldging disk and did legs yesterday on rhino. Today I can barely walk cause my back wants to give out🙄 I put belt lower for the same reason but belt putting lots of pressure on spine as a squat down. I think the belt squat is making my back worst😪

    Can the lock base 5 replace the McGill big 3 for back rehab purposes?

      Not necessarily, but it all depends on how you're feeling and ensuring that your technique doesn't fault.
