Hello @msdavinalston - So we actually stayed overnight in Brooklyn. We didn't take the Ferry in to Brooklyn. We arrived at Moynihan station the day before, took a cab to the Lounge at Red Hook and walked to the Ship the next morning, with our Suitcases. We each had one Suitcase, and a back pack. Are you staying overnight? If you are arriving the same day you may be cutting it close, because sometimes the Amtrak Train has a delay. We also had questions about where that Ferry is actually located. If anyone reading this knows how far the Ferry is from Moynihan Station and what a Taxi might charge please put it in the comments below to help our Subscriber out. Thanks again for watching. @ thanks for this info! We sailed this summer & came in the day of our sailing. We took the 6am train which was delayed an hr or so. We arrived by 11ish and took a taxi to the port. Boarded with no issues and plenty of time to spare before sailing away.

@@msdavinalston You are welcome. That is good to know, we were worried we would miss the Cruise if we came in on the same day. Glad you made it and enjoyed the trip. Just a thought, but in the beginning of the video sailing from Brooklyn to Bermuda, while we were in line to board, I scanned the Ferry times, maybe the phone number was up there, not sure, but it's worth taking a look to see if it is. I will see if I can find it also.

Found the QR Code at 4:32 on the Video MSC Meraviglia cruise from Brooklyn to Bermuda, it says download the NYC Ferry App to purchase tickets, vies schedules, and track the ferry in real time. I tried it with my phone and it works when you scan it, it takes you to nycferry.app.link (You will probably find your answer from the APP, good luck}

@ when we leave from FL for a cruise we fly in a day early. It’s a longer trip from MD to FL if our flight is cancelled than from MD to NY if our train is delayed.

The Food was good, the flavor was good, well seasoned. The Buffet had the fresh eggs option which is nice, along with a nice variety to choose from. The Pizza was very cheesy, I like a little more sauce a little less cheese, but the taste was good, and I like the fact they put a slice of basil on top. The Steak house had a dish that was so mouth watering, it was a chees dish with blueberries, that was delicious. I would eat that again. The toppings, side sauces all were great. I give MSC a 9 for food overall.

Looks like we're going to have to get an ariel view and see where these two Bridges are located in respects to Pier 12. Thanks for the information.

@@ieshamc Thank you. We are aware that other people may have had a totally different experience, but we wanted to show our experience. Someone else replied that there were hardly any people when they arrived for Embarkation. Showing the number of people gives others an idea what to expect. We are going to give MSC another try as we really had an awesome time onboard. It was worth the wait. Those videos are out now, with more on our stop in Bermuda coming soon. My check-in time was 2pm & was nothing like yours. There was so little people there that I thought I was in the wrong place.

We sailed out during the day from Brooklyn, and when we returned it was early morning. We were able to capture what it looks like coming back in to Brooklyn with all the lights, it's so pretty. This is a Cruise Balcony, only ocean water view here, LOL, YOu must be talking about our other video on Rosemont Hotel in Bermuda. It's really nice.

This was a small business, not crowded at all. No long wait for our food either.

It's beautiful for picture taking and viewing the ocean. But there is just a small slice of paradise (beach) you can relax and unwind on.

We Love Bermuda and took MSC there recently, so after we finish our Virgin Voyages Series, it's MSC, coming soon, in fact tomorrow our 1st MSC Video will be out.

It's super easy to get to Front Street from Dockyard. Take the Ferry over and you are there, right at Hamilton Front Street.

For people getting on Virgin Voyages Valiant Lady, this is a must see video. No one wants to get scalded trying to take a shower. I love that they have hot water, but knowing how to manuver the shower is a must. That's why we put this video out. Even if it helps one person.

Yes, we truly enjoyed our Visit to Canada. The Stingrays are in both part one and part two of our Canada Ripley's Believe it or Not Aquarium. In part one they are tranquil, in part 2 there are actually divers feeding the stingrays. Thanks for watching

From what I understand the pool is not heated in the winter months. We were there in July so the water felt very refreshing and lukewarm. Temp, in Bahamas is around the mid 70's in Feb. so I would venture to say that the pool would be cool, if the Sun is shining it may make for a better experience.

When you get to the front of the Virgin Voyages Building, you will see several roped off lines. Each line has a boarding time. Ours was 3:15, so the lady told us to start filling in that line. It was about 3:10 and we were moving and heading into the building. Make sure to have your APP open with your boarding information as you move to the second line. That line went pretty quickly, that is where you show your passport and get your bracelet which serves as your room key and for purchases on board. It was less than 30 minutes and we were on board. You go straight to your room and can drop off your hand held baggage and head to the galley for a bite to eat, or outside to the sailaway party. Enjoy

P.S. It was our first time with a late check in, we arrived a bit early but you will still have to wait until your check in time. arriving 30 minutes earlier than your boarding time should be sufficient time. If you are really worried you can always arrive an hour early and take a few pics outside near the Virgin Voyages Sign.

okay so here's a hack my girl and I did we are cruising this sunday october 6th. we googled the earliest flight coming into miami international and we were able to put that into the app and got moved from a 4:30 to 3:15
