We have a Jabsco Electric and I still can't understand why they use such a small discharge hose even with a macerator. Needless to say, we don't flush toilet paper at all and yet the hose still gets clogged. The hose this uses is much larger and thank you for the detailed installation. Time to save and get the old one replaced.
There is something wrong with that generator 27 kW is 35 hp or so that should run your house and the neighbors
Hi I have the same boat and you and your wife inspire me to work on mine can I know which garmin are you using I’m planning to install one on mine and yours looks awesome thank you
Is the seal between the distribution block and outdrive the only thing keeping water from intruding through that space? If so, would it make sense to do some extra sealing? Or is it sufficient? I'm going to be doing this project on my twin B3s this winter.
@@davidc3572 the sealing that is provided is adequate from keeping any water to come into the bilge. We never noticed any water intrusion and even if there was, it was very minimal and it would’ve been pumped out automatically by the bilge pump, but to answer your question, it’s sufficient.
@@RandomlyAwkward1 good to know. Thanks for the help. I'll be doing mine over the next couple weeks.
Your comical narration is funny
Thanks… I was trying to lighten the mood to relieve my own frustration!
Hi I had the same problem and the same stove can you please send me the part number Thanks
Nice Vid
I built an EMP proof box for mine. It truly surprises me that there is so many Americans that still relie on the government to save their azz when shtf
Shouldn't you be putting the panels up vertical, and if starting from the top, how are they overlapping the next panel?
The put the panels on wrong button to top is correct to prevent water getting inside lol
What is button to top?
They overlapped properly.
Nice now send them to SO CAL❤HELP REBUILD!
The COMPADRITOS you know
unless it's a co-op they's jus'kissin bossass.
@@egay86292 I don’t understand some of the comments. I contracted with a company to build a garage and the employees came out and built it very efficiently. I don’t know what all of the different comments about their workers are for. I thought they did a great job and the price of delivering and building the structure was included in the price. I’m satisfied with the craftsmanship.
@@egay86292 what is a co- op?
But all the sidding overlaps are backwards
@@adammeyer3784 in what way? They look fine to me. The siding was horizontal not vertical. I guess I’m missing something.
Working from the top down and not lifting the sheet above to slide the lower sheet under means the laps encourage water running down the wall inside
@ they actually did have the top overlapping the lower sheet. It just doesn’t look that way in the time lapse. Thanks for clarifying…
I don’t understand. I’m guessing they got paid by the job which is why they were so efficient and they just move onto the next one. I’m very happy with the installation.
Could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on their experience. I’ve been told to slow down so they don’t feel ripped off. 😅
One of those per job vs per hour videos
how tall was it ?
@coolcoolhulkprs the rollup doors are 12’ wide x 14’ high. The walls are 16’ inside.
Awesome! That's crazy how quickly it goes up. 🤯
@@formulaben yes it did go up quickly. I was thinking of you when I made the video because I know that you have been interested in the garage being built for quite some time. Next, I will be making some tool benches and shelves.
Looking awesome!
Thanks! It’s gettin’ there…
Looks really good. Maybe think about epoxy floor coating before anything gets on the concrete.
I was thinking about that. Researching options now… thanks!
Looks like A-4 beat?
I have dropped the coupling inside generator, is there an easy way get it out or ok to leave in there
@@tobyainslie4563 I dropped mine as well, and let me tell you what a pain it was to remove it! My cover probably had some corrosion from saltwater usage, but it was very difficult to get my cover off. It went back on easy enough, so maybe you won’t have the same problem. The coupling is made of plastic ( apparently a space age polymer because it was $20…) so if you weren’t able to get it out, I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. It would just get ground up and fall out of the way. When you put the new coupling on, put a little dab of RTV silicone on the spline and it will hold it in place so it doesn’t fall off when installing the water pump. Hope this helps! -Mike
Ok thanks, when you say cover do you mean the plate the pump attaches onto that has the 2 bolts (not the hex ones holding pump).. I can't get mine off either
Watched this video and changed out the part with no issues. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful. It definitely cheaper than a service call!
NEED HELP - i do not have that filter cap, like you do. I have two towers, like you do. One is taller than the other. On the tall tower, where the filter cap should be, there is a line running to a JED 103 Ozone Generator. On the shorter tower, there is a line running to the tank that’s filled with salt. Which tower do I fill the hydrogen peroxide with? What’s the difference between the two towers as they both have the same backwash/brine functions?
Honestly, I don’t know the correct answer. I don’t have an ozone generator on mine. I would call your local well company or there should be a sticker with the installer’s info on it. I’m sorry I can’t be of more assistance…
Can you run your whole house off this?
Yes, you can. I tried to copy my response to someone else. If you scroll down, you will see what we ran during Milton here in Southwest Florida.
@RandomlyAwkward1 I definitely appreciate that. I have a 3 ton unit. That's the main thing when it's hot a/c or cold having heat, and fridge and lights.
1:02 so true, in many parts of life 😂😂🤪
Well done!!!
Thank you! It was lots of work but worth it!
God bless you, son. You gave yourself over just so the rest of us wouldn't have to. I'm weeping a little right now. Just a little. My 608s arrive today and I'm gibbering with anticipation. Goodbye, River Dance. Hello, Jerusalema!
@@StrGzr101 I would ease in a few hours at a time. Too much of a good thing can be difficult at first. Start on projects at your house this week, and then segue into your neighbors projects. Just my two cents…
@@RandomlyAwkward1 I'm an old guy with heel spurs. I'm hoping these things do the deal. Oh, and I forgot to mention, thanks for the video. Subbed.
Is it true you can only load it up to 12.5kw on the 27000w's 50 amp plug?
I don’t think so. I will try to add up everything we had running during Milton and see if I can tell you what we had in total watts.
1000 watt microwave 7800 watt water heater Central air Kitchen circuit with refrigerator and LED lighting Bathroom circuit with LED lighting Guest room circuit with LED lighting Well pump and softener system Living room with computer, TV and LED lighting Router, fiber modem and garage lighting circuit with full size freezer Exterior house lighting and security cameras with DVR All ran for 6 days! We have a 50 amp plug running to our transfer switch and we probably could’ve added more. We cycled the water heater as needed just to save gas on the generator, and the well pump does not run continuously obviously, but it still burned about a 1/2 -1 gallon an hour depending on what we were using.
Its me again watching this video for a second time, because I cant seem to remember the steps. Thank you again
You’re welcome!😂
You assembled the mechanical seal inverted. The rubber side goes to the bearing end, the carbon ring goes to the ceramic ring side.
You are correct… I am going to go back and correct that on my backup pump. Thanks for catching that.
I'm super stoked for you!! That's looks amazing! 🤘 Can't wait to add the next step.
@@formulaben thanks… I’m excited for them to build it as well!
Shaw lvp box coverage
Merci beaucoup ❤❤❤❤❤
@@AchikSarih you are welcome!
How many hours it has?
@@guillermo7615 I would estimate about 80-100 so far. I don’t have an hour meter on it but it is used frequently.
And what was the cause for the boat not to run fast and made it go into guarding mode.
It had a bad water pressure sensor switch which told the engine it had a water restriction and wasn’t cooling.
Thank you for letting me know. I have a warning beeping but when I go over 3500 to 4500 rpm it solid tone shut the boat off and start it up it’s fine intill I hit 3500 rpm. I’m gonna check that and what did you use to clean the switch.
You are so helpful I thank you.
Did your boat come with a cd changer and did you replace the head unit if so is there a video of it.
I removed the stereo that was above the microwave and we just stream to a Bluetooth speaker now. Much easier…
How many yards?
30 yds for the floor and footer. 30 x 50 x 6” deep.
Looking great!
Thanks! Almost there…
I’ve got to wait 6 weeks to continue this garage build series!!!

@@TheWordprophet thank you for the nice comments… it worked great during Hurricane Milton!
Great Review, Thank you. I do have a stupid question, its 1600 watt, so on paper you could run 29 of the Harbor Freight 5500 lumens LED Shop Lights # 59506 because they draw 55 Watts each, Correct?
Didn’t like paint stripper and wife chewed me a new one for putting it on the transom. She uses a Puma stone. Removed all the way down to the ruff scratches in no time except the transom which had a stained from paint stripper. Stone was a brick like you use on grill. Don’t soak it in the bucket just use a wet rag to wipe off paint from stone.
Might want to keep a float charger on that battery. I don't keep mine on all the time because it can fatigue the battery over time. Instead, I put it on for a week or so every 3 months.
That’s a great idea! Thank you…
Looking good!
Thanks! Gettin’ there…
