Pelham James Unique Homes. Who are we? We’re David and Lottie Crooke; husband and wife, parents, local estate agency owners working in the market towns of Stamford and Oakham in Rutland. We're period property owners and property renovators. We’re participators in sport, followers of sport, sports kit launderers and generally speaking, we’re a busy, hard-working family. A most gifted and excellent presenter who understands well the attributes of the properties she presents. May I suggest that the film maker gets the voice a little more to the fore. I have often, on such sites, been harangued by the most awful sound which is generously if foolishly described as music. I find it a relief that there is so little 'music' on these films or presentations from this agent; in fact, they are so well presented (natural, human and unexaggerated) that they need no further embellishment.
