Windy Day At Lands End! Upto Force 8/ 45mph. 08/10/2024 (shot on Honor Magic 5 pro)
Lands End was our destination today, driving through some rather heavy rain, we wondered if we could even get out of the car.
On arrival the rain passed through with a bit of the good old sunshine peered through.
Once I was in my powered wheelchair off I went and got a little bit of footage on my phone.
Been waiting for so long to be on the coast properly.
Thankfully the paths are good enough for the powered wheelchair to the viewpoints.
All footage and photos taken on my Honor Magic 5 Pro.

Headed down to Duffield primarily to capture 37401 heading back to Crewe H.S from Worksop. At the end of the video 37401 Growling away as it passes through Duffield. Popped to Alfreton as 69011 was leaving Worksop and heading back to Leicester L.I.P. The 69 left Worksop around 45 late and passed Alfreton 37 late. A slightly delayed in station, Manchester Piccadilly service was in platform 1 literally departing as 69011 was level with it. First time trying out the starlapse mode on my Insta 360x3 in the hope of catching aurora. It was a very brief appearance but the camera certainly picked up some colour. I was doing the timelapse from my garden and rather annoyingly there are a couple of very bright lights which didn't help. Seeing conditions weren't the best with a bit of cloud as well. Hopefully next time I can get somewhere ...

Alfreton 02/03/2024 43159 "Rio Warrior" and 43089 run and ECS mive to Doncaster in readiness to run up to Newcastle the following day for a Railtour to Chester. That is Tucclesholme Nature Reserve, off the A38. Just down from where I was is a footbridge and central rivers depot is a little beyond that,

Great snags, I obviously wasn't paying attention to RTT, I saw the unit drag from the car, crossing the road bridge, I may have uttered an expletive or two! tfs.
I didn't realise until I got back I missed a 47 out of Worksop which was 7 minutes after the 66! Totally missed the working on rtt. A bit miffed lol

@@LauraJohnson23sVideos is it the one from Crewe HS or Eastleigh? And is this with the class 20s with a Deltic or class 20s on their own?
@@transportguy1k635 it looks like something coming from Crewe to collect the deltix, and then they go to Eastleigh. Assuming I have interpreted it correctly. Will be interesting to see if any gen comes about before the move.
